The Problem
Booksy integrations usually come up when chairs fill by DM, the website gets visits but few bookings, and nobody can say which ad paid for itself.
01 · Website
The only booking link hides in the site footer.
Booksy's widget sits on every service page, near the top on phones.
02 · Instagram
Your bio points to a link page with dead buttons.
Booksy's own Book Now button goes straight onto your Instagram profile.
03 · Google
Your Google profile shows a phone number, not a booking button.
Your Google profile is matched to Booksy so Reserve with Google can switch on.
04 · Ads
Boosted posts get likes, and nobody knows who booked.
Book Now clicks report to GA4 and your Meta Pixel, so ads face real bookings.
A client finds you on Instagram, taps your bio, and lands on a link page with four buttons. Two of them are dead. The only booking link on your website sits in the footer, so new clients send a DM instead. Your Google profile shows a phone number, not a Book button. You boost a post for the weekend and get likes, yet you can't say whether one booking came from it. Meanwhile an old plugin on the site takes requests that don't reach your Booksy calendar.
We start by making Booksy the only place a booking can land. Then we add Booksy's widget to every service page and connect its Instagram, Facebook, and Reserve with Google buttons. Your Google profile gets matched to your Booksy listing. Every Book Now click is tracked in GA4 and Meta, so you judge an ad by the chairs it fills, not the likes it collects.
One calendar for every booking
Website, Instagram, Facebook, and Google all book into Booksy, so double bookings stop.
Every Book Now click tracked
GA4 and Meta events fire on each booking click, so you see which ads fill chairs.
Google profile matched to Booksy
Name, phone, and address aligned, so Google can approve Reserve with Google for your shop.
Our Booksy Integration Process
You see every route clients take to book you, approve the service list, and check test bookings on your own phone before anything goes live.
We follow every route a client takes to book you today: website, Instagram bio, Facebook, Google, and DMs. You get a short map of what works, what's broken, and which fixes Booksy already covers for free.
What's Included
Most shops need the widget, social and Google booking, and click tracking. Busier shops add ad conversions, a profile cleanup, and a form for non-bookers.
Compare Options
Pasting Booksy's widget yourself costs nothing and suits one chair. A booking plugin can look nicer, but it runs a second calendar. Here's where each holds up.
| Feature | DeveloperLookBest fit | DIY setup | Booking plugin |
|---|---|---|---|
| Booking path review | Every channel mapped first | Fixed as problems show up | Not part of setup |
| Website booking | Widget on every service page | One link, often in the footer | Separate calendar on your site |
| Calendar | One Booksy calendar | One Booksy calendar | Two calendars to keep in sync |
| Social and Google | Instagram, Facebook, and Google connected | Possible from Booksy settings | Usually not supported |
| Ad tracking | GA4 and Meta events on every click | Rarely set up | Depends on the plugin |
| Setup time | 1 to 2 weeks per location | An afternoon for one link | 1 to 2 days |
| Support | 30 to 60 days after launch | Booksy's help center | Plugin developer's forum |
| Cost | Fixed price from $450 | Free, plus your time | Plugin fee on top of Booksy |
Projects We've Built
Beauty, wellness, and booking apps we designed and built. None of them ran on Booksy, but each one needed bookings that land in one calendar.
What Our Clients Say
Feedback from teams we have built websites and booking tools for.
We had a pretty specific idea of what we wanted our website to become, but I wasn’t sure how easily we could explain all of it to a development team. There were quite a few moving parts, and we were working toward a deadline, so I expected a few things to get lost along the way. That never really happened. They understood what we were trying to achieve, kept us updated throughout the process, and got everything ready within the agreed timeline. The final site feels much easier to navigate, works beautifully on mobile, and is noticeably smoother for our customers. It was a huge relief seeing the original idea actually turn into the website we had in mind.
The mobile experience is probably my favourite part of the new site. We had spent a lot of time making sure the desktop version looked right, and the team kept pushing us to think about how everything would actually feel on a phone too. They were right. The navigation is clean, the interactions feel natural, and everything we’ve tested so far works exactly as it should. They also went through the links, forms, integrations, and other details more than once before launch, which I really appreciated. And even after going live, we could still reach out when something came up. The whole process felt friendly, organised, and surprisingly straightforward.
What I appreciate most is that the website is actually easy for us to manage now. We can update content ourselves instead of sending a developer a message every time we need to change something small. They also paid attention to the technical SEO side, which mattered to us because we didn’t want a new website to create problems for the traffic we already had. I’ve probably asked more questions than I should have since launch, but every question has been handled patiently and without any fuss. The team is easy to work with, they explain things clearly, and when we need something changed, they focus on getting it done rather than making the process complicated.

Work Culture
Small breaks lose bookings: a dead link, a mismatched Google profile, a hidden button. These habits keep our Booksy integration services easy to check and change.
We use Booksy's widget, social buttons, and Google booking before anything custom. If the free widget already covers your case, we'll tell you before we quote.
Booksy's API is partner-only, and there's no official Booksy app on Zapier. We say that upfront, so you don't pay for a sync nobody can build.
Most clients book from a phone. We run test bookings on an iPhone and an Android phone before handover, not only on a laptop.
We work through access you grant in Booksy Biz, your website, and Meta. You keep every account, and we hand back access when the work ends.
You get a written scope and one price after the free review. If something new comes up mid-project, we quote it before doing it.
You get a one-page guide to every booking link and tracking event. Whoever runs your front desk can swap a link without calling us.
Overview
DeveloperLook sets up Booksy integrations that make your website, Instagram, Facebook, and Google profile book straight into your Booksy calendar. We install Booksy's widget, connect each booking channel, tidy your services and staff, and track booking clicks in GA4 and Meta. Setups start at $450, take 1 to 3 weeks, and we say plainly where Booksy has no connection.

Good fit
Barbershops booked mostly by DM
Your booking link hides in the site footer, so new clients message you on Instagram instead. You want a Book Now button on every page.
Salons on WordPress with an old plugin
Your WordPress site still runs an old booking plugin beside Booksy, and clients book in both. A Booksy WordPress integration replaces it with Booksy's widget.
Shops paying for Instagram and Meta ads
You boost posts every weekend but can't see which ones fill chairs. A Booksy Facebook Pixel integration ties Booksy bookings to your Meta ad reports.
Card-reader shops already on Square
You take payments on Square and want to integrate Square with Booksy. Booksy runs its own Stripe payments, so we help you settle on one.
Agencies managing salon marketing
Your agency runs GoHighLevel campaigns for several salons and needs their Booksy bookings tracked beside your funnels, with no native link between the two.
Not a fit
One link, budget under $450
Your budget is under $450 and you need one booking link on a one-page site. Booksy's free widget code covers that, and we'll say so before we quote.
Need a Booksy API sync
You need a Booksy API integration that pushes clients and appointments into another system. Booksy's API is partner-only, so our appointment booking website development page fits better.
Moving off Booksy
You've decided to move the salon from Booksy to Boulevard or Vagaro. Our Boulevard salon software integration and Vagaro integration pages cover the new system.
Deposits on your own checkout
You want deposits taken on your own website checkout, not Booksy's No-Show Protection. Our salon booking software and deposit setup page covers custom deposit flows.

White label: your client only ever sees your brand
Send the Booksy listing, website access, and the ad accounts you manage for the client.
We review every booking path and send a fixed scope that leaves room for your margin.
We install, test on phones, and hand you a white-label guide for your client.
Your brand on every guide, and we join calls only when asked.
Fixed timelines per location, so you can promise launch dates with confidence.
Booking clicks tracked in GA4 and Meta, ready for your monthly client reports.
Roll the same setup across several salon clients without hiring another developer.
The Right Technology for Your Project

Booksy is a booking and business app for barbers, salons, and other beauty pros. Owners run appointments, payments, and marketing in the Booksy Biz app, while clients book through Booksy's free app and marketplace. We connect your website and social profiles to that one calendar.
Clients book open slots in your Booksy calendar from the Booksy app, your website, Instagram, Facebook, or Google. You set services, staff, and hours in Booksy Biz once. Booksy holds each booking, takes deposits if you turn them on, and handles checkout. Booksy integrations point every outside channel at that calendar.
DeveloperLook's Booksy integrations start at $450 for one shop: the website widget, social and Google booking, and click tracking. Adding ad conversions, a profile cleanup, and a form for non-bookers starts at $1,150. Setups for up to 3 locations start at $2,650. Booksy bills its own subscription separately.
A setup for one shop takes 1 to 2 weeks, including test bookings on two phones. Ad tracking and a profile cleanup add about a week, and multi-location setups take 3 to 5 weeks. Reserve with Google approval runs alongside, so it seldom delays launch.
No, Booksy isn't free for businesses after its 14-day free trial, which needs no credit card. Booksy's US pricing page lists $29.99 per month plus tax, with $20 per month for each extra team member, as of October 2026. Payment processing and hardware cost extra, and the marketplace listing is free.
Only if you turn on Boost, Booksy's optional marketplace promotion. Booksy says Boost takes a one-time 30% of a new client's first visit, capped at $100, with tips excluded and 0% on later visits. Without Boost, Booksy's US pricing page lists no commission on new clients, as of October 2026.
Booksy's US card fee is 2.69% plus $0.30 for Mobile Payments and keyed-in cards, as of October 2026. The Booksy Card Reader costs 2.49% plus $0.10, and Tap to Pay costs 2.49% plus $0.20. Next-business-day payouts are free, and Fast Payouts cost 1.5%, per Booksy's pricing page.
Yes, when you turn on deposits or cancellation fees under No-Show Protection. A deposit is paid at booking and applied at checkout, and you keep it on a no-show. A cancellation fee needs a card on file and is charged only for a late cancel or no-show. You choose the services, percentage, and notice window.
Clients pay in the Booksy app with a card on file, or in person at the chair. In person, Booksy accepts Tap to Pay, its Card Reader, keyed-in cards, cash, and gift card balances. Card-on-file payments are charged at checkout, and Booksy runs card payments through Stripe rather than Square.
No native Booksy and GoHighLevel integration exists as of October 2026, and Booksy has no official Zapier app. Its API is partner-only, so a Booksy Zapier integration or GHL sync can't simply be switched on. We place a GoHighLevel form beside the Booksy widget to catch visitors who don't book.
