The Problem
It shows up as a sudden drop once the Google and Yahoo new sender requirements are enforced. Gmail opens fall, and the bounce log fills with authentication errors.
Shared signing
Your platform signs mail with its own shared domain.
Shared signing
Each platform signs with your domain, so DMARC alignment passes at Gmail and Yahoo.
No header
The footer link works, but there's no one-click header.
No header
We confirm List-Unsubscribe and List-Unsubscribe-Post headers on every marketing send.
Split opt-outs
Someone unsubscribes in Klaviyo but still gets HubSpot emails.
Split opt-outs
Opt-outs sync across platforms, so every tool stops mailing that person within 48 hours.
Spam rate
Nobody watches complaint rates until mail starts bouncing.
Spam rate
Postmaster Tools and Yahoo's feedback loop show complaints while there's time to act.
Your Tuesday campaign goes out from Klaviyo like every week. By Wednesday, the bounce log is full of Gmail rejections that mention authentication. Your platform signs with its own shared domain, so DMARC alignment fails for your From address. The unsubscribe link sits in the footer, but there's no one-click header. Your CRM and your store send from the same domain, and nobody watches complaints. Each tool looks fine on its own dashboard, yet together they break the rules.
We start by mapping every stream that sends as your domain: campaigns, flows, transactional mail, and CRM sequences. Each platform gets signing aligned with your From domain, often on a marketing subdomain, plus a DMARC policy with reports. We check the one-click unsubscribe headers and sync opt-outs across platforms. Then Postmaster Tools shows your compliance and spam rate, so you spot trouble before the bounce log does.
Every sending stream mapped
Campaigns, flows, receipts, and CRM sequences, each matched to the platform and domain it uses.
Aligned on every platform
SPF or DKIM on each platform matches your From domain, so DMARC passes at Gmail and Yahoo.
One-click unsubscribe checked
Unsubscribe headers tested on real sends, with opt-outs synced across your tools.
Our Google and Yahoo Sender Rules Compliance Process
You see every sending stream and every gap before changes go live, approve the DNS edits, and get a compliance view in Postmaster Tools at the end.
We read your DNS records and the headers of a recent campaign, flow, and receipt. You get a short gap list against each rule and a fixed price. If your platform's own settings already cover you, we'll tell you before we quote.
What's Included
Aligned authentication on every platform, one-click unsubscribe that works, synced opt-outs, and monitoring that shows complaint trouble before Gmail starts rejecting mail.
Compare Options
Your email platform's defaults cover part of the rules, and a deliverability agency goes deep on sender reputation. Here is where a one-time compliance setup across all your platforms fits.
| Feature | DeveloperLookBest fit | Platform defaults | Deliverability agency |
|---|---|---|---|
| Branded signing | Set up on every platform | Shared domain by default | Usually set up |
| Several platforms | All mapped and aligned | Each sees only itself | Often one platform focus |
| One-click unsubscribe | Headers tested on real sends | Built in on most platforms | Checked during onboarding |
| Opt-out sync | Across every tool | Within one platform | Sometimes included |

Projects We've Built
These are builds for a magazine, a SaaS product, and online stores, not compliance projects. Sites like these send newsletters, receipts, and product email every day.

What Our Clients Say
Feedback from teams we have built apps, platforms, and websites for.
We had a pretty specific idea of what we wanted our website to become, but I wasn’t sure how easily we could explain all of it to a development team. There were quite a few moving parts, and we were working toward a deadline, so I expected a few things to get lost along the way. That never really happened. They understood what we were trying to achieve, kept us updated throughout the process, and got everything ready within the agreed timeline. The final site feels much easier to navigate, works beautifully on mobile, and is noticeably smoother for our customers. It was a huge relief seeing the original idea actually turn into the website we had in mind.
The mobile experience is probably my favourite part of the new site. We had spent a lot of time making sure the desktop version looked right, and the team kept pushing us to think about how everything would actually feel on a phone too. They were right. The navigation is clean, the interactions feel natural, and everything we’ve tested so far works exactly as it should. They also went through the links, forms, integrations, and other details more than once before launch, which I really appreciated. And even after going live, we could still reach out when something came up. The whole process felt friendly, organised, and surprisingly straightforward.
What I appreciate most is that the website is actually easy for us to manage now. We can update content ourselves instead of sending a developer a message every time we need to change something small. They also paid attention to the technical SEO side, which mattered to us because we didn’t want a new website to create problems for the traffic we already had. I’ve probably asked more questions than I should have since launch, but every question has been handled patiently and without any fuss. The team is easy to work with, they explain things clearly, and when we need something changed, they focus on getting it done rather than making the process complicated.

Work Culture
Your list is the asset, so every change we make protects deliverability first. These habits keep campaigns going out while the rules get met.
We schedule DNS and signing changes between your sends, not on the morning of a launch. Your send calendar sets the dates.
We check headers on actual campaigns and flows from each platform. A record that validates can still fail on the message Gmail receives.
We often move campaigns to a subdomain such as news.yourbrand.com. A complaint spike then stays away from your invoices and password resets.
An unsubscribe in one tool reaches every other tool that mails that person. That keeps you inside the 48-hour window Gmail sets.
We reread Google's, Yahoo's, and Microsoft's sender pages at the start of each project. You get the current rules, not last year's checklist.
Authentication can't fix a list that complains. If your spam rate comes from content or old contacts, we'll say so plainly.

Good fit
Ecommerce brands on Klaviyo
Your Klaviyo campaigns started bouncing at Gmail, and you need branded sending, DMARC, and one-click unsubscribe confirmed before the next big send.
Teams mailing from several platforms
You send campaigns from Mailchimp, sequences from HubSpot, and receipts from your store, and you need Google and Yahoo sender requirements met on all of them.
Newsletters and media publishers
Your newsletter reaches thousands of Gmail readers each morning, and you can't afford rejections now that enforcement has tightened.
SaaS companies with product email
Your product sends onboarding and billing email alongside marketing, and you want the two streams separated before one hurts the other.
Agencies managing client email
You run email for several client brands and want each one checked against the Google/Yahoo sender requirements under your agency's name.
Not a fit
Mailboxes, not bulk mail
You mainly send from Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace mailboxes, not bulk platforms. SPF and DKIM Setup covers your mailboxes for less.
Full DMARC enforcement needed
You want your domain at quarantine or reject, with every sender aligned over several weeks. DMARC Setup Services covers that staged rollout.
Complaints from list quality
Your authentication already passes and complaints come from old or bought contacts. That needs list cleanup and content changes, which this setup can't fix.
Budget under $550
You need help below $550 with a single platform. Your email platform's own compliance guide covers branded sending, and we'll answer questions on a free call.

Pricing
These are starting points in USD. Your final price depends on how many platforms and brands send for you, and you get a fixed proposal after a free sender check.
For Agencies
You own the client relationship. We supply the compliance work behind your email services: authentication, unsubscribe checks, and monitoring setup, all under your brand. Your client's campaigns keep landing, and you stay their email team.
White label: your client only ever sees your brand
Send the client brands, their email platforms, and DNS access or an admin contact.
We align authentication, test unsubscribe headers, and sync opt-outs under your brand.
Postmaster Tools goes live, and you hand the compliance sheet to your client.

The Right Technology for Your Project
The rules touch DNS, every platform that sends for you, and the tools Gmail and Yahoo provide, so the stack spans all three.

Compliance setup starts at $550 for one sending domain on one email platform. Up to 3 platforms, with a marketing subdomain and opt-out sync, costs $1,250. Programs for up to 3 brands and 6 platforms start at $2,350. Every plan includes 30 days of spam rate checks after launch, and there's no monthly fee.
One platform takes 1 to 2 weeks, and several brands take 3 to 5 weeks. Most of the time goes into mapping every sending stream and waiting for new DNS records to resolve. We schedule changes between your campaigns, so your send calendar keeps running throughout.
Bulk senders need SPF and DKIM, a DMARC policy of at least p=none, and a From domain aligned with SPF or DKIM. Marketing mail also needs one-click unsubscribe and a visible unsubscribe link. Both providers ask for a spam rate below 0.3%, valid reverse DNS, and TLS on every connection.
Google counts any domain that sends close to 5,000 or more messages to personal Gmail accounts in 24 hours. Mail from the same primary domain counts together, so subdomains add up. Once you cross that line, Google treats you as a bulk sender permanently, even if your volume drops later.
The 2026 picture is stricter enforcement, not new rules: since November 2025, Gmail has ramped up temporary and permanent rejections of non-compliant mail. Outlook.com has expected SPF, DKIM, and DMARC from high-volume senders since May 2025. In short, the Google/Yahoo email sender requirements 2026 updates mean the 2024 checklist now ends in rejections.
Set up a branded sending domain in Klaviyo, so mail signs with your domain instead of a shared one. Then publish DMARC for your root domain, confirm the one-click unsubscribe header appears on campaigns, and add a sunset flow for unengaged profiles. Flows count toward your volume and complaints just like campaigns do.
Partly: authentication rules cover every message, but one-click unsubscribe applies only to marketing and subscribed mail. Receipts, password resets, and shipping notices still need SPF, DKIM, and DMARC alignment. Sending them from a separate subdomain or service keeps a marketing complaint spike from delaying them.
Open a recent campaign's original message and look for two headers: List-Unsubscribe with an HTTPS link, and List-Unsubscribe-Post set to List-Unsubscribe=One-Click. That pairing is RFC 8058. Then click the unsubscribe option Gmail shows, and confirm the contact is suppressed in every platform within 48 hours.
Both ask bulk senders to keep the spam rate below 0.3%, and Google recommends staying under 0.1%. Google measures it in Postmaster Tools, while Yahoo counts complaints on mail that reached the inbox. Authentication can't lower that number on its own: list hygiene, clear consent, and easy unsubscribes do.
You get 30 days of spam rate checks after launch, covering Postmaster Tools, Yahoo's feedback loop, and DMARC reports. If a number moves, we tell you which stream caused it and what to change. After that, the compliance sheet shows your team where to look each week.
