The Problem
It usually shows up after a scare. A finance lead nearly pays a fake invoice, or a mailbox starts forwarding mail to an outside address that nobody set up.
Default filters
Filtering still runs on the settings from signup week.
Default filters
We apply Microsoft's or Google's recommended baseline to filtering and phishing policies.
Hidden rules
A mailbox rule forwards everything to an unknown outside address.
Hidden rules
Every mailbox rule gets audited, and automatic forwarding outside the company is blocked.
Lookalike CEOs
Phishing that copies your CEO's name lands in inboxes.
Lookalike CEOs
Impersonation protection covers your executives and domains, and outside mail gets a clear tag.
Slow reports
Suspicious messages sit in IT's inbox for a day.
Slow reports
A report button sends suspect mail straight into a review queue IT can act on.
Your team moved to Microsoft 365 a few years ago, and the mail settings are still the defaults from that week. A partner's mailbox has a rule forwarding everything to a Gmail address nobody recognizes. Phishing that copies your CEO's name lands in inboxes because impersonation checks aren't switched on. Two shared mailboxes have no MFA. Staff forward suspicious messages to IT, who reads them a day later. Nobody can say which protections you already pay for are actually on.
We start inside your admin console, not with a new product. We compare your filtering, phishing, and sign-in settings with Microsoft's or Google's own recommended baseline, then switch on what your license already includes. Risky forwarding gets blocked, every mailbox gets MFA, and outside mail gets a visible tag. Staff get a one-click report button that sends suspect mail to IT. You pay for setup, not for another subscription you didn't need.
Settings you already pay for
Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace include filters that most tenants leave at their defaults.
Outside forwarding blocked
Automatic forwarding to personal addresses stops, so a hijacked mailbox can't quietly copy your mail.
One-click phish reports
Staff report suspect mail with one click, and it lands with IT instead of a forwarded thread.
Our Email Security Services Process
You see every finding before anything changes, approve each policy on a change plan, and get a before and after view of your settings. Staff hear about visible changes first.
We ask which plan you're on, how many mailboxes and domains you have, and what prompted the call. You get a fixed price within 2 days. If the fix is one setting your license already covers, we'll tell you before we quote.
What's Included
A settings review, tuned filtering and phishing policies, blocked forwarding, MFA on every mailbox, a report button for staff, and a runbook your IT team can follow.
Compare Options
Email security companies mostly sell a gateway product or a managed service, and each suits some teams. Here is where a one-time hardening of the tools you already pay for fits.

Projects We've Built
These are builds for finance and HR companies, not security projects. Teams like these send payroll, invoice, and payment email every day.

What Our Clients Say
Feedback from teams we have built apps, platforms, and websites for.
We had a pretty specific idea of what we wanted our website to become, but I wasn’t sure how easily we could explain all of it to a development team. There were quite a few moving parts, and we were working toward a deadline, so I expected a few things to get lost along the way. That never really happened. They understood what we were trying to achieve, kept us updated throughout the process, and got everything ready within the agreed timeline. The final site feels much easier to navigate, works beautifully on mobile, and is noticeably smoother for our customers. It was a huge relief seeing the original idea actually turn into the website we had in mind.
The mobile experience is probably my favourite part of the new site. We had spent a lot of time making sure the desktop version looked right, and the team kept pushing us to think about how everything would actually feel on a phone too. They were right. The navigation is clean, the interactions feel natural, and everything we’ve tested so far works exactly as it should. They also went through the links, forms, integrations, and other details more than once before launch, which I really appreciated. And even after going live, we could still reach out when something came up. The whole process felt friendly, organised, and surprisingly straightforward.
What I appreciate most is that the website is actually easy for us to manage now. We can update content ourselves instead of sending a developer a message every time we need to change something small. They also paid attention to the technical SEO side, which mattered to us because we didn’t want a new website to create problems for the traffic we already had. I’ve probably asked more questions than I should have since launch, but every question has been handled patiently and without any fuss. The team is easy to work with, they explain things clearly, and when we need something changed, they focus on getting it done rather than making the process complicated.

Work Culture
We change settings that every person in your company touches, so we move carefully and explain each change. This is how we work inside your tenant.
We review with read-only admin roles before asking for change rights. You see the findings before anyone touches a policy that affects mail flow.
External tags and quarantine notices confuse people who weren't warned. We give you a short message to send before each visible change goes live.
New filters run for a week before quarantine notices start. We check what they catch, so real customer mail doesn't disappear into quarantine.
We check what your Microsoft or Google plan already includes before suggesting anything new. Many small teams pay for protection they haven't switched on.
Each policy change has a rollback note on the change plan. If a filter blocks a supplier, we undo that one rule instead of loosening everything.
We work through accounts you create and remove when we're done. Nothing in your tenant depends on us after handover.

Good fit
Small businesses on Microsoft 365
Your small team runs on Microsoft 365 with default settings, and you want email security for small business budgets, not enterprise tools.
Google Workspace companies after a scare
Your finance lead nearly paid a fake invoice that reached Gmail, and you want the Admin console safety settings reviewed properly.
IT generalists without security time
You handle IT alongside another job, and you need someone to check every mail setting once and leave you a runbook.
Teams pricing security add-ons
You're weighing cloud based email security add-ons and want to know what your current license covers before buying one.
MSPs and IT agencies
Your agency manages client tenants and wants email protection services delivered under your brand, with one baseline for every client.
Not a fit
You want 24/7 monitoring
You need someone watching alerts and responding every day. Managed Security Services covers ongoing monitoring, while this page is a one-time setup.
Mailbox hacked right now
Someone is inside a mailbox now, or money has already moved. Business Email Compromise Response handles the first hours of that incident.
Only DNS records need work
Your filtering is fine and the problem is SPF, DKIM, or DMARC. SPF and DKIM Setup or DMARC Setup Services is the cheaper fit.
Budget under $850
You need a quick check for less than $850. Microsoft Secure Score and Google's security health page list the basics for free.

Pricing
These are starting points in USD. Your final price depends on your mailbox count, your domains, and which protections your license includes, and you get a fixed proposal after a free tenant call.
For Agencies
You own the client relationship. We supply the tenant work: settings reviews, policy hardening, and runbooks, written up under your brand. You keep the monthly contract and the client calls, and we do the setup behind you.
White label: your client only ever sees your brand
Send the client's plan, mailbox count, and a read-only admin account to start.
We review, propose changes under your brand, and apply what the client approves.
You get the settings sheet and runbook to keep running the client tenant.

The Right Technology for Your Project
We work inside the platforms your mail already runs on, plus DNS and any filter you license, so most teams add nothing new to their mail flow.

Pricing starts at $850 for one tenant with up to 25 mailboxes, including MFA, a forwarding block, and a report button. Full hardening for up to 100 mailboxes costs $1,850. Programs with up to 300 mailboxes or a third-party filter start at $3,400. These are one-time project prices, so there's no monthly fee after handover.
Most tenants with up to 25 mailboxes take 2 to 3 weeks, and larger tenants take 3 to 5 weeks. The review takes about a week. The rest is applying changes in stages and watching new filters for a week before quarantine notices start, so real customer mail isn't held by mistake.
Email security is the set of controls that protects business mailboxes and messages from phishing, spoofing, malware, and account takeover. It has three layers: who may send as your domain (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), what gets filtered before the inbox, and who can sign in to each mailbox. A gap in any one layer lets attackers through.
Email security services are the hands-on work of setting up and tuning those controls, rather than buying a filtering product. A provider reviews your tenant, fixes policies, and documents the result. Some providers also sell monitoring. Ours is a one-time setup that your own team or MSP runs afterwards.
It works as a series of checks along the path of each message. Receiving servers test SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, then filters scan the sender's reputation, links, and attachments. Impersonation checks compare display names with your executives. After delivery, external tags and the report button help staff flag what slipped through, while MFA protects the mailbox itself.
An email security gateway is a filtering service that sits in front of your mailboxes. Your MX record points to it, and it scans mail before passing it on. Newer cloud based email security tools connect to Microsoft 365 or Gmail through their APIs instead. Small teams often need neither once built-in filters are tuned, and we'll tell you which case you're in.
Yes, Gmail in Google Workspace filters spam, phishing, and malware for every account, but several protections depend on admin settings. DKIM signing for your own domain has to be set up. The Admin console also has extra safety settings for attachments, links, and spoofing, and 2-Step Verification needs enforcing for everyone, not just offering.
Start with MFA on every mailbox, including shared and admin accounts, because stolen passwords are a common way in. Next, block automatic forwarding to outside addresses and tune the phishing and impersonation policies your plan includes. Publish SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for your domain. Finally, give staff a report button so suspect mail reaches IT quickly.
It matters because invoices, payment changes, and password resets all arrive by email, so one convincing fake can move real money. Small teams rarely have anyone reviewing mail settings, which leaves open forwarding, missing MFA, and default filters in place for years. A one-time hardening closes those gaps without adding a monthly tool.
In cyber security, email security is one control area alongside identity, endpoints, backups, and network security. It often comes first, because phishing email is a frequent starting point for ransomware and payment fraud. That's why our cybersecurity services page puts email fixes near the top of its first round of work.
