Teams we have built for:

The Problem
It happens once several teams start building their own boards. Status lives in many places, automations collide, and the monthly actions quota runs out before the month does.
01 · Board sprawl
Boards nobody owns hold conflicting versions of the same project.
Each board gets an owner and a clear job in the workspace.
02 · Duplicate columns
Status, Status 2, and Final Status all mean something different.
One status column per board, with labels everyone agreed on.
03 · Quota runs out
Automations stop mid-month when the account runs out of actions.
We rebuild automations to use fewer actions, so they run all month.
04 · Status chasing
Managers still ask for updates in Slack every week.
Connected boards feed one dashboard, so the updates are already there.
Your team signed up for monday.com to stop chasing status updates. A year later there are boards nobody owns, duplicate columns named Status, Status 2, and Final Status, and automations that fire twice. Midway through the month, the account runs out of automation actions and the notifications stop. Managers still ask for updates in Slack because they don't trust the boards. Leadership wants a dashboard, and nobody can say which board is the source.
We start by mapping how work actually moves between your teams: requests in, handoffs, approvals, done. Then we design the workspace: which boards exist, which columns connect them, and who owns each one. Automations are rebuilt to do more with fewer actions, so they last the month. Dashboards read from the connected boards. Your teams update one place, not several.
Work mapped before boards
We map requests, handoffs, and approvals first, then design boards that match them.
Automations that last the month
Rules rebuilt to use fewer actions, so they keep running until your quota resets.
Dashboards leaders can trust
Dashboards read from connected boards with one owner each, so the numbers match reality.
Our monday.com Workflow Setup Process
You approve the workspace design and the automation list before anything changes in your account, then review each board with sample items before go-live.
We look at your current boards, automations, integrations, and plan, plus how requests actually reach your team. You get a short note on what to keep, what to merge, and whether your plan's automation actions will cover the setup you need.
What's Included
A workflow review, a workspace design, connected boards, automations that fit your plan, integrations, dashboards, and training with a board map.

What Our Clients Say
Feedback from teams we have built business software and websites for.
We had a pretty specific idea of what we wanted our website to become, but I wasn’t sure how easily we could explain all of it to a development team. There were quite a few moving parts, and we were working toward a deadline, so I expected a few things to get lost along the way. That never really happened. They understood what we were trying to achieve, kept us updated throughout the process, and got everything ready within the agreed timeline. The final site feels much easier to navigate, works beautifully on mobile, and is noticeably smoother for our customers. It was a huge relief seeing the original idea actually turn into the website we had in mind.
The mobile experience is probably my favourite part of the new site. We had spent a lot of time making sure the desktop version looked right, and the team kept pushing us to think about how everything would actually feel on a phone too. They were right. The navigation is clean, the interactions feel natural, and everything we’ve tested so far works exactly as it should. They also went through the links, forms, integrations, and other details more than once before launch, which I really appreciated. And even after going live, we could still reach out when something came up. The whole process felt friendly, organised, and surprisingly straightforward.
What I appreciate most is that the website is actually easy for us to manage now. We can update content ourselves instead of sending a developer a message every time we need to change something small. They also paid attention to the technical SEO side, which mattered to us because we didn’t want a new website to create problems for the traffic we already had. I’ve probably asked more questions than I should have since launch, but every question has been handled patiently and without any fuss. The team is easy to work with, they explain things clearly, and when we need something changed, they focus on getting it done rather than making the process complicated.

Work Culture
monday.com makes a new board one click away, which is how accounts sprawl. We design the workspace before we build, so every board has a job and an owner.
monday.com's own templates cover many simple team setups well. If a template already covers your case, we'll tell you before we quote.
On the Standard plan, monday.com allows 250 automation actions and 250 integration actions a month. We design rules to fit those limits before an upgrade becomes the only fix.
Every board gets a named owner who approves changes to its columns. That stops the slow drift into Status 2 and Final Status.
We link related items across boards with connect boards and mirror columns instead of duplicating them. Updates happen once and show wherever they're needed.
We move one department, fix what it finds, then move the next. Teams adopt boards they helped shape, instead of ones dropped on them.
You get a plain board map listing each board, its owner, its columns, and its automations. New admins learn the workspace in an afternoon.

We map how work moves, design workspaces, boards, and connected columns, add automations that stay inside your plan's monthly actions, and build dashboards leaders trust. Setups start at $750, one workspace takes 1 to 2 weeks, and every board stays in your account.

Good fit
Teams with boards nobody trusts
Your monday.com account has dozens of boards built by different people, and nobody knows which one holds the real status of a project.
Companies moving off spreadsheets
You're moving projects from spreadsheets or another tool into monday.com and want a monday.com implementation service that plans boards before the import.
Ops leaders hitting automation limits
Your automations stopped mid-month because the account ran out of actions, and you need a monday.com specialist to rebuild them so they last.
Leaders wanting real dashboards
You want one dashboard showing every project's status and workload across teams, without asking managers to update a spreadsheet on Fridays.
Agencies reselling monday.com setups
Your agency sells monday.com setups to clients and needs monday.com consultants who build the boards quietly under your own brand.
Not a fit
Budget under $750
Your budget is under $750 and you have one small team. monday.com's own templates and its free plan will likely cover you for now.
Relational database needed
Your work is really a relational database with linked records and scripts. Our Airtable Consultant for Custom Workflows page covers that.
Custom app needed
Your team needs a custom app with its own screens and logic, not boards. Our Low Code Development Services page covers app builds.
Only connecting other tools
You only need data moved between other apps, with no monday.com setup. Our Make.com Automation Consultant page covers those workflows.

Setup with DeveloperLook starts at $750 for one workspace with up to 5 boards and 10 automations. A rollout across 3 departments with connected boards and integrations costs $1,850, and company-wide builds with data migration start at $3,600. monday.com seats and plans are billed separately by monday.com.
One workspace usually takes 1 to 2 weeks from the free review to launch. Company-wide builds take 3 to 6 weeks, mostly because of data migration and training one team at a time. Much of the calendar time is your team's feedback, so we book review calls up front.
They cover a workflow review, workspace and board design, automations, integrations, dashboards, and training. Larger projects add data migration from spreadsheets or another tool, plus cross-board approval flows. Every plan ends with a board map listing each board, owner, column, and automation, so your admin can maintain the setup.
They design the rules that move items, notify people, and create follow-ups without manual updates. We start by estimating how many actions each rule will use per month, then rebuild duplicates and chains that waste them. Where a rule outgrows monday.com's built-in recipes, Make or the GraphQL API takes over.
Each automation or integration run uses actions from a monthly quota tied to your plan. The Free and Basic plans include no automations, Standard includes 250 automation actions a month, and Pro raises that to 25,000. When the quota runs out, rules stop until it resets, so we budget actions during design.
Use connected boards when different teams own different stages, such as sales handing work to delivery. One board works when a single team owns everything from start to finish. Connect boards and mirror columns let each team keep its own board while seeing related items, without copying data.
The right monday.com product depends on the work you track. Use monday work management for projects and operations, monday CRM for sales pipelines, monday dev for software sprints, and monday service for tickets. Many companies need only one product, and we check that in the free review before suggesting any upgrade.
Yes. A good monday.com consultancy plans the boards first, then imports, because items dropped into the wrong structure are hard to untangle. We map columns, clean duplicates, and import from Excel, CSV, or another tool's export, then check item counts against the source before you archive it.
Yes. monday.com has built-in integrations for Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Calendar, and many more, and each run counts against your plan's monthly integration actions. For tools without one, we use Make or monday.com's GraphQL API. Every connection is tested with sample items before it touches live boards.
You do. Every board, automation, and integration lives in your monday.com account, and you keep a board map explaining each one. Our support window runs 30 to 90 days by plan, covering fixes and how-to questions while teams settle in. After that, your board owners can change columns and rules without us.
