How your project runs
Teams we have built for:

The Problem
It shows up at 5 p.m., when the phone queue backs up behind refill calls, transfer questions, and people asking whether you give shingles shots.
01 · Refills
Refill calls tie up the phone while your pharmacist counsels.
A header refill button sends requests to your portal or a private form.
02 · Transfers
Patients switching from a chain don't know how to transfer.
A transfer form collects the old pharmacy and prescriptions for your staff.
03 · Services
Nobody knows you offer vaccines, compounding, or delivery.
Each clinical service gets a page with clear booking or request steps.
04 · Privacy
A contact form emails patient details to a shared inbox.
Forms that collect health details run on vendors that sign a BAA.
Your pharmacist is counseling a patient while the phone rings for the fourth time in ten minutes. One caller wants a refill. Another wants to transfer prescriptions from a chain. A third asks whether you deliver. Your website has your hours, a stock photo of pills, and a contact form that emails anyone. Patients who can't find a refill button drive to the chain with the app.
We start with the jobs patients try to do before they call: refill, transfer, book a vaccine, or check delivery. A refill button sits in the header of every page, linked to your pharmacy system's refill portal or a private form under a BAA. Each clinical service gets its own page. Delivery zones and pharmacist hours are clear. Your phone rings for counseling, not for questions the website should answer.
Refills in one tap
A refill button in every page header, linked to your refill portal or a private form.
Transfers made simple
A transfer request form asks for the old pharmacy and prescriptions, then reaches your staff privately.
Clinical services that book
Vaccine, med sync, and compounding pages with booking or request forms your staff confirm.
Our Pharmacy Website Design Process
You approve the sitemap, the privacy pages, the clickable design, and the staging site. Your staff sends test refills and transfers before anything goes live.
We review your current site, your top phone questions, and the refill tools your pharmacy system already offers. You get a sitemap, a refill and transfer plan, and a fixed price before design starts.
What's Included
Refill and transfer requests, clinical service pages, private forms, privacy and terms pages, an optional OTC store, and local listings. Each piece answers a question your counter hears all day.
Compare Options
Pharmacy networks and buying groups often include a website program, and DIY builders cost the least. Choosing a pharmacy website company depends on what you need beyond hours and refills.

Projects We've Built
A healthcare website, patient apps, and a retail ecommerce store from our portfolio. None was a pharmacy, but each handled health details, orders, or a product catalog.
What Our Clients Say
Feedback from teams we have built websites and online stores for.
We had a pretty specific idea of what we wanted our website to become, but I wasn’t sure how easily we could explain all of it to a development team. There were quite a few moving parts, and we were working toward a deadline, so I expected a few things to get lost along the way. That never really happened. They understood what we were trying to achieve, kept us updated throughout the process, and got everything ready within the agreed timeline. The final site feels much easier to navigate, works beautifully on mobile, and is noticeably smoother for our customers. It was a huge relief seeing the original idea actually turn into the website we had in mind.
The mobile experience is probably my favourite part of the new site. We had spent a lot of time making sure the desktop version looked right, and the team kept pushing us to think about how everything would actually feel on a phone too. They were right. The navigation is clean, the interactions feel natural, and everything we’ve tested so far works exactly as it should. They also went through the links, forms, integrations, and other details more than once before launch, which I really appreciated. And even after going live, we could still reach out when something came up. The whole process felt friendly, organised, and surprisingly straightforward.
What I appreciate most is that the website is actually easy for us to manage now. We can update content ourselves instead of sending a developer a message every time we need to change something small. They also paid attention to the technical SEO side, which mattered to us because we didn’t want a new website to create problems for the traffic we already had. I’ve probably asked more questions than I should have since launch, but every question has been handled patiently and without any fuss. The team is easy to work with, they explain things clearly, and when we need something changed, they focus on getting it done rather than making the process complicated.

Work Culture
The best pharmacy websites design every page around the counter's busiest tasks. These habits keep yours private, accurate, and easy for patients to use.
Any form that collects prescription or health details runs on a vendor that signs a Business Associate Agreement. A refill request emailed to a shared inbox is a privacy problem waiting to happen.
We show an NABP Digital Pharmacy seal, or any other seal, only when your pharmacy holds it, linked to the verifier. A seal you don't hold is worse than no seal.
Prescription drugs never go through the online store we build. Only OTC and front-store products sell online, and behind-the-counter items stay off the shop.
We show pharmacy hours separately from store hours, plus lunch closures and holidays. A patient who arrives while the pharmacist is out rarely comes back happy.
If your network's website program already handles refills and hours well, we'll tell you before we quote. Your budget may do more as a delivery service.
Your domain, hosting, store, and analytics accounts stay in the pharmacy's name. If you leave a buying group or switch vendors, the site stays with you.

Good fit
Independent community pharmacies
Your phone rings all day with refill and hours questions, and your website does nothing to take that load off the counter.
Small pharmacy groups
You own three or four stores under one name, and each needs its own hours, services, and refill link on one shared site.
Compounding and specialty pharmacies
You compound for prescribers and patients, and your site needs clear service pages and a request path that prescribers can use.
Pharmacies adding clinical services
You've started vaccines, med sync, or testing, and patients still think you only fill prescriptions because your website never mentions them.
Pharmacies selling OTC products online
You want vitamins and front-store products online with local delivery, and you need a store that stays clear of prescription sales.
Not a fit
Unlicensed online drug sales
You want to sell prescription drugs online without the state licenses and accreditation that requires. We won't build that store.
Refill forms only
Your site is fine, but you need private refill and transfer forms. Our HIPAA Compliant Online Forms service adds them without a rebuild.
Retail store, no pharmacy
You mainly sell vitamins and beauty products with no pharmacy counter. Our Ecommerce Website Design page fits a retail store better.
Budget under $950
Your budget is under $950, or your network's website program already handles refills and hours. Keeping it is the cheaper choice.

For Agencies
You own the pharmacy relationship. We supply the build under your brand: refill and transfer flows, BAA-covered forms, clinical service pages, and OTC stores your client's own staff can manage.
White label: your client only ever sees your brand
Send the store list, services, pharmacy system name, and brand files.
Expect a fixed quote, a form vendor plan, and a lead developer.
We build, test refills and transfers, and deliver under your agency's name.
We stay behind your brand, so the pharmacy client stays with you.
We know refill portals, transfers, privacy notices, and OTC store limits.
Senior developers handle private forms, store setup, and multi-location routing.
Take on pharmacy clients without adding a developer to payroll.
The Right Technology for Your Project
Your staff edits the CMS themselves, a store is added only when you sell OTC products, and every form tool signs a BAA.

Our pharmacy sites start at $950 for up to 8 pages with a header refill button, a transfer form, and privacy pages. Adding vaccine booking and an OTC store of up to 300 products starts at $2,400. Groups with up to 5 locations start at $4,600. Prices are fixed after a free discovery call.
Most pharmacy sites launch in 3 to 8 weeks. A single-store site takes about 3 weeks. An OTC store adds 2 to 3 weeks, mostly for product photos and descriptions. Multi-location groups take the full 8 weeks, because each store's hours, services, and refill link need checking.
VIPPS stood for Verified Internet Pharmacy Practice Sites, an NABP accreditation showing an online pharmacy met licensing and practice standards. NABP renamed it Digital Pharmacy Accreditation in 2020, so current seals carry the new name. A seal should link to NABP's verification page, so patients can confirm it. We add a seal only when your pharmacy holds the accreditation.
Yes. As a HIPAA covered entity, your pharmacy must post its Notice of Privacy Practices prominently on its website. You also need a website privacy policy covering cookies, analytics, and forms, and some states add their own privacy laws. We build and link the pages, while your counsel or compliance service supplies the wording.
It's strongly recommended. Terms of use set the rules for refill requests, online orders, and health information on the site, such as saying content doesn't replace a pharmacist's advice. If you sell OTC products online, they also cover returns, delivery areas, and age limits. Your counsel should write or approve them.
Most pharmacy management systems include a refill portal or app, and the website links to it from a header button. If yours doesn't, we use a form from a vendor that signs a BAA and route each request to your staff securely. Patients enter their Rx number, name, and pickup or delivery choice.
Yes, for OTC and front-store products. Vitamins, first aid, and personal care items can sell on Shopify or WooCommerce with local delivery or pickup. Prescription drugs are different. Selling them online needs pharmacy licenses in each state you ship to, and Google ads for them need Google certification, usually after LegitScript or NABP accreditation.
The best pharmacy website solution for small pharmacy groups is one shared site with a page per location. Each store keeps its own hours, services, pharmacist names, and refill link, while the brand, OTC catalog, and privacy pages stay shared. That's easier to keep accurate than separate sites for every store.
Analytics shows which tasks patients complete online, so you know what's taking load off the counter. Track refill button clicks, transfer submissions, vaccine bookings, and calls from each page. Set it up without sending health details to analytics tools, since HHS guidance warns about tracking on pages tied to patient care.
Start with your Google Business Profile, where local patients check hours and directions. Keep your hours, services, and refill link current there. Then add a page for every vaccine and clinical service, ask patients for reviews after pickup, and promote flu season on your profile, your site, and in-store signs.
