Closing-day review requests
A request on closing day and a reminder after move-in, sent to every client you represented.
For agents, teams, and brokerages: every closed client asked for a review on Google and Zillow, replies that keep deal details private, and profiles that match your license.

How your project runs

The Problem
It happens after the keys change hands. Clients thank you at the closing table, move into a new home, and forget the review, while one deal that went sideways stays on top.
Closings
Happy clients move in and forget the review entirely.
Closings
Requests go out on closing day and again after move-in.
Past clients
Years of satisfied buyers and sellers haven't been asked.
Past clients
Your CRM sphere gets one personal request each, spread over weeks.
Replies
An angry reply reveals the price and the inspection report.
Replies
Drafts thank the client and leave every deal detail out.
Profiles
Zillow, Google, and Realtor.com list different brokerages and photos.
Profiles
License name, brokerage, photo, and areas match on all four profiles.
You negotiated a repair credit, kept a nervous first-time buyer calm through appraisal, and handed over the keys on time. The client hugged you at closing. Then they moved, unpacked, and didn't write a word. Your Zillow profile shows a few reviews from years ago, Realtor.com shows none, and your Google profile still lists your old brokerage. Meanwhile one seller whose deal fell apart at inspection left a sharp review, and it's the first thing a new client reads.
We start by asking every client at the right two moments: on closing day and again after move-in, through Zillow's review request and your Google link. Past clients in your CRM get one personal request each. Every review on Google, Zillow, Realtor.com, and Facebook gets a reply draft within one business day that thanks the client and keeps the deal private. Your profiles finally match your license, your brokerage, and the work you actually do.
Asked at the closing table
Every client gets a request on closing day and a reminder once they've settled in.
Replies that keep deals private
No prices, terms, or inspection details, just thanks and the part of your service they mentioned.
One profile story everywhere
Your license name, brokerage, and service areas match on Google, Zillow, Realtor.com, and Facebook.
Our Real Estate Reputation Management Process
You approve the request wording, the reply guide, and the past-client list before anything goes out. Your broker can review the guide too, and after setup you only approve drafts.
We check your Google, Zillow, Realtor.com, and Facebook profiles: review counts, unanswered reviews, photos, license name, brokerage, and areas. You get a written list of gaps and an honest view of whether Zillow's own request feature already covers you.
What's Included
Six pieces that turn closings into reviews: well-timed requests, past-client outreach, private replies, matching profiles, reviews on your site, and agent reports.
Compare Options
Brokerage marketing teams and self-starting agents both get reviews, and some do it well. Here is where each holds up once closings pile up.
| Feature | DeveloperLookBest fit | In-house marketing | DIY by the agent |
|---|---|---|---|
| Closing-day asks | Every closing, same request | Depends on the coordinator | When you remember at closing |
| Past clients | One-time sphere campaign | Newsletters, not review asks | Rarely asked at all |
| Profiles covered | Google, Zillow, Realtor.com, Facebook | Usually the brokerage profile | Whichever login you remember |
| Reply privacy | Deal details left out | Varies by writer | Easy to overshare when upset |
| Fair housing wording | Built into the reply guide | Broker review, if any | Up to you |
| Agent reporting | Leaderboard by agent and office | Office totals only | No report at all |
| Monthly cost | From $500 per month | Covered by brokerage fees | No cost beyond your evenings |
| Client relationships | Drafts from your notes | Knows the brokerage brand | You know every client personally |

What Our Clients Say
Feedback from teams we have built websites and platforms for.
We had a pretty specific idea of what we wanted our website to become, but I wasn’t sure how easily we could explain all of it to a development team. There were quite a few moving parts, and we were working toward a deadline, so I expected a few things to get lost along the way. That never really happened. They understood what we were trying to achieve, kept us updated throughout the process, and got everything ready within the agreed timeline. The final site feels much easier to navigate, works beautifully on mobile, and is noticeably smoother for our customers. It was a huge relief seeing the original idea actually turn into the website we had in mind.
The mobile experience is probably my favourite part of the new site. We had spent a lot of time making sure the desktop version looked right, and the team kept pushing us to think about how everything would actually feel on a phone too. They were right. The navigation is clean, the interactions feel natural, and everything we’ve tested so far works exactly as it should. They also went through the links, forms, integrations, and other details more than once before launch, which I really appreciated. And even after going live, we could still reach out when something came up. The whole process felt friendly, organised, and surprisingly straightforward.
What I appreciate most is that the website is actually easy for us to manage now. We can update content ourselves instead of sending a developer a message every time we need to change something small. They also paid attention to the technical SEO side, which mattered to us because we didn’t want a new website to create problems for the traffic we already had. I’ve probably asked more questions than I should have since launch, but every question has been handled patiently and without any fuss. The team is easy to work with, they explain things clearly, and when we need something changed, they focus on getting it done rather than making the process complicated.

Work Culture
Real estate online reputation management lives or dies on trust. These habits keep your requests fair, your replies private, and your profiles accurate wherever clients look you up.
We ask every client you represented, not only the easy closings. Google bans review incentives, and the FTC's rule bans bought reviews, so there are no gift cards for stars.
We read how you already text and email clients before drafting a single reply. Your reviews should sound like the agent who negotiated the deal.
Replies leave out prices, terms, inspection findings, and anything from the transaction file. A public review is no place to settle a dispute over a deal.
If Zillow's request feature and a Google link already cover your few closings a year, we'll tell you before we quote. Some agents only need a setup session.
Reply drafts describe your service, not neighborhoods or the people in them. Your broker can review the reply guide before the first reply posts.
Your Zillow, Google, and Realtor.com logins stay yours, with access for us. If you change brokerages, your templates and review history go with you.
Overview
DeveloperLook runs real estate reputation management for agents, teams, and brokerages. We request reviews on closing day and after move-in, reach past clients in your CRM, draft private replies on Google, Zillow, Realtor.com, and Facebook, and report by agent. Plans start at $500 per month, closing requests go live in 1 to 2 weeks, and every profile stays yours.

Good fit
Solo agents with quiet profiles
Your Zillow profile shows a few old reviews, even though you've closed many deals since and clients thanked you at the table.
Teams splitting reviews across agents
Your team's reviews land on whichever profile the client found, so newer agents look untested next to the team lead.
Brokerages with several offices
You want online reputation management for real estate agents across your brokerage, with every office and agent reported on one page.
Agents recovering from one bad review
You got one angry review after a deal fell through at inspection, and it now sits on top of your Google profile.
Realtors moving into a new market
You're expanding into a new county, and reputation management for realtors there starts with profiles that show your new service area.
Not a fit
You manage rental properties
Most of your reviews come from tenants about repairs and deposits. Our small business reputation program fits property managers better than an agent program.
Google profile not set up
Your Google Business Profile is unclaimed, unverified, or under the wrong category. Start with our Real Estate Google Business Profile setup.
You want Zillow reviews removed
You want a truthful but unfair Zillow review taken down. Zillow removes reviews under its own guidelines, so we report violations and answer the rest.
Budget under $500 a month
You close a handful of deals a year. Asking each client yourself with Zillow's request feature and a Google link costs nothing.

Pricing
These are monthly starting points in USD. Your plan depends on how many agents and offices you have, which profiles matter in your market, and how requests connect to your CRM. You get a fixed proposal after a free audit.
For Agencies
You own the agent or brokerage relationship. We run closing requests, past-client outreach, and private reply drafts under your agency's name. Brokers and agents see only your reports, while our team handles the weekly review work.
White label: your client only ever sees your brand
Send each agent's profiles, CRM, and closings list, and we audit them first.
We connect closing requests and write the reply guide, approved by you and the broker.
We draft replies weekly and send white-label agent reports you share.

Plans start at $500 per month for one agent. That covers Google, Zillow, Realtor.com, and Facebook monitoring, requests at closing and after move-in, reply drafts, and a monthly report. Teams of up to 5 agents with CRM-triggered requests start at $900 per month. Brokerages with up to 20 agents start at $1,500 per month, and the free audit sets your fixed proposal.
Your first new reviews usually arrive within 2 to 4 weeks, as recent closings get their requests. Past clients from your CRM add more once the sphere campaign goes out in month one or two. Agents close fewer deals than a shop serves customers, so review counts grow in steps, and 6 months is a fair point to judge progress.
Use the review request on your Zillow agent profile right after closing, while the client still remembers the details. Zillow lets people review an agent they worked with or contacted, and agents can post a public response. Answer every Zillow review, keep your photo, license, and service areas current, and link your Zillow reviews from your own website.
Reply publicly on Zillow within a day or two, stay factual, and leave the deal details out. Say what you did to fix the problem and offer a call. If the review breaks Zillow's review guidelines, for example it came from someone with no connection to you, report it. Then ask recent clients for reviews, so one bad review sits among many fair ones.
They run it as a system across agents and offices. Requests go out from the CRM when a deal closes, replies follow shared rules, and a monthly report compares agents and offices. A real estate online reputation management service adds the monitoring and reply drafting, so brokers see one view instead of chasing every agent's profile.
For most US agents, Google, Zillow, and Realtor.com matter most, with Facebook close behind. Google shows up in local searches for agents, while Zillow and Realtor.com reach buyers and sellers who are already browsing homes. Our plans watch all four profiles and send requests to Google and Zillow, so reviews build where your clients actually look.
Yes, a reply can cross the line if it describes a neighborhood or a buyer in terms of a protected group. Good reputation management for real estate keeps replies on the service you gave: communication, negotiation, and timing. Our drafts leave out who lives in an area or who bought the home, and your broker can review the reply guide first.
Leave out the sale price, the terms, inspection findings, and anything else from the transaction file. Don't confirm details about the client beyond the name they posted, and don't argue about commission in public. Thank them, mention the part of your service they praised or criticized, and offer to talk offline when something went wrong.
Ask for the review where it helps you most: your agent profile on Zillow, and the office's Google profile when you work under a brokerage. Your Zillow and Realtor.com profiles are tied to you as an agent, while the Google profile builds the office's local presence. We keep one request per client, so nobody gets asked twice.
You do. Your Zillow, Realtor.com, Google, and Facebook profiles stay under your own logins, and we work through access you can remove at any time. If you stop, your review history, reply library, and request wording go with you, which also helps when you move to a new brokerage.
