The Problem
It starts when your Telegram channel or group takes off. Questions, orders, and booking requests arrive as chats, and the same two people answer all of them by hand.
01 · Orders
Orders arrive as chat messages and get copied by hand.
A button menu or Mini App takes the order and saves it to your CRM.
02 · Bookings
Booking times bounce back and forth for a day.
The bot shows open slots from your calendar and confirms in one chat.
03 · Paid access
New subscribers wait for a manual invite link.
The bot checks the payment and sends a one-time invite link right away.
04 · Night hours
Questions sent at night wait until morning.
Common questions get answered at once, and the rest reach your staff chat.
A follower sees your post and messages you to order. Twenty minutes later someone answers with a price list as a photo. Another customer asks if Thursday is free, and the reply comes the next morning. Paid members wait for you to approve them and paste an invite link. Orders live in chat history, so nobody can say what shipped. You tried a bot builder, but it can't check your stock, your calendar, or your CRM.
We start with the chats your team answers every day, then turn each one into a command, a button menu, or a Mini App screen. The bot quotes, books, and takes payment, then sends the details to your CRM and alerts your staff. Customers get answers at midnight, not the next morning.
Mini Apps inside the chat
Catalogs, booking calendars, and forms open as web screens without leaving Telegram.
Payments by Telegram's rules
Telegram Stars for digital goods, a payment provider for physical goods and services.
Handoff to a real person
Hard questions go to your staff chat with the full conversation attached.
Our Telegram Bot Development Services Process
You approve every command, menu, and message before code is written, and your staff test the bot in a private group before customers see it.
We read through the questions, orders, and bookings your team handles in Telegram today. You get a list of commands, menus, and screens with a fixed quote. If a no-code builder already covers it, we'll tell you before we quote.
What's Included
Commands and menus, Mini App screens, payments, handoff to your staff, syncs with your tools, and hosting, all scoped to the chats your customers already send.
Compare Options
A no-code bot builder is quick and cheap for fixed answers, and a freelance telegram bot developer often costs less for a single feature. This is how the three compare.
| Feature | DeveloperLookBest fit | Bot builder | Freelancer |
|---|---|---|---|
| Up-front planning | Every chat flow mapped and approved | Pick from templates | Built from your message |
| Custom logic | Your stock, calendar, and CRM | Limited to its blocks | Yes, if scoped well |
| Setup speed | 2 to 8 weeks | Live in an hour | Days to weeks |
| Mini Apps and payments | Built and tested end to end | Basic or add-on | Varies by person |
| Testing before launch | Private group and staff tests | Preview inside the builder | Often tested live |
| Sending limits | Broadcasts planned around limits | Handled by the platform | Often learned the hard way |
| Code and token | Your code, your token | Depends on the contract | |
| Monthly cost | Hosting only after handoff | Subscription per bot | Hourly fixes |
Projects We've Built
Crypto, food ordering, NFT, and booking apps we designed and built. None is a Telegram bot, but each handles the orders, bookings, or wallet updates a bot can take on.
What Our Clients Say
Feedback from teams we have built websites, apps, and integrations for.
We had a pretty specific idea of what we wanted our website to become, but I wasn’t sure how easily we could explain all of it to a development team. There were quite a few moving parts, and we were working toward a deadline, so I expected a few things to get lost along the way. That never really happened. They understood what we were trying to achieve, kept us updated throughout the process, and got everything ready within the agreed timeline. The final site feels much easier to navigate, works beautifully on mobile, and is noticeably smoother for our customers. It was a huge relief seeing the original idea actually turn into the website we had in mind.
The mobile experience is probably my favourite part of the new site. We had spent a lot of time making sure the desktop version looked right, and the team kept pushing us to think about how everything would actually feel on a phone too. They were right. The navigation is clean, the interactions feel natural, and everything we’ve tested so far works exactly as it should. They also went through the links, forms, integrations, and other details more than once before launch, which I really appreciated. And even after going live, we could still reach out when something came up. The whole process felt friendly, organised, and surprisingly straightforward.
What I appreciate most is that the website is actually easy for us to manage now. We can update content ourselves instead of sending a developer a message every time we need to change something small. They also paid attention to the technical SEO side, which mattered to us because we didn’t want a new website to create problems for the traffic we already had. I’ve probably asked more questions than I should have since launch, but every question has been handled patiently and without any fuss. The team is easy to work with, they explain things clearly, and when we need something changed, they focus on getting it done rather than making the process complicated.

Work Culture
Building Telegram bots for shops, clinics, and crypto projects taught us these habits. They decide how your bot treats customers, staff, and your Telegram account.
The bot is created in your own Telegram account and the token lives in your hosting. If you change developers, the bot keeps its name, username, and subscribers.
Every command runs in a private group with your staff before customers see it. Mistakes happen in front of us, not in your live channel.
We only message people who started your bot or joined your group. Unsolicited blasts get bots banned and customers annoyed, so we turn that work down.
We write every button and reply in your customers' words, then cut anything that reads like a menu system. Short replies get more taps and fewer support chats.
Your quote names every command, menu, and Mini App screen with its price. Anything you think of later is quoted separately before we build it.
The bot asks only for the details an order or booking needs, and stores them where you can export or delete them. Fewer fields also mean fewer abandoned chats.

Good fit
Shops selling to Telegram followers
Your customers find you in a Telegram channel, then message you to order, and someone on your team copies every order into a spreadsheet by hand.
Clinics, salons, and studios taking bookings
Your clients ask for appointments in Telegram chats, and staff go back and forth on times when a booking menu could show open slots.
Crypto and Web3 projects
Your token or NFT community lives on Telegram, and you need a telegram crypto bot development company that knows Telegram's TON rules for Mini Apps.
Creators with paid groups
You sell access to a private channel or course, and new subscribers wait until you manually approve them and send the invite link.
Agencies with Telegram clients
Your agency serves clients whose customers use Telegram, and you need a telegram bot developer who can build and host bots under your name.
Not a fit
Spam or mass messaging
You want to message people who never started your bot, or blast promotions to scraped contacts. Telegram's rules forbid it, so we turn that work down.
Your community is on Discord
Your members gather on Discord for roles, tickets, and moderation. Our Discord Bot Development Services page covers bots built for Discord servers.
Customers message on WhatsApp
Most of your customers write to you on WhatsApp, not Telegram. Our WhatsApp Business API chatbot page is the better starting point.
Fixed auto-replies only
You only need a welcome message and a handful of fixed answers. A no-code bot builder covers that for a small monthly fee.

A custom Telegram bot from us starts at $600 for a starter bot with up to 8 commands, a request form, and staff handoff. A bot with a Mini App and payments is $1,750, and bots with paid access, dashboards, or crypto alerts start at $3,900. You get a fixed quote after a free chat flow review.
Most starter Telegram bots launch within 2 to 3 weeks of the review. Adding a Mini App, payments, or a CRM sync stretches that to 4 to 8 weeks, mostly because your staff test every path in a private group first. Writing the messages and menus often takes longer than the code.
You make a Telegram bot from three parts: a bot account from BotFather, code that handles messages, and a server that keeps it running. The account takes minutes. Most of the work is the code, because that's where your menus, payments, and CRM lookups live.
You create it by messaging @BotFather in Telegram and sending /newbot, then choosing a display name and a username that ends in bot. BotFather replies with a token. Anyone can create Telegram bot accounts this way, so we set it up in your own Telegram account and keep the token private.
You build it with button menus for simple choices and a Mini App for anything with a list or a calendar. The bot reads stock or open slots from your system, confirms the order in the chat, and saves it to your CRM. Payments run through Telegram Stars or a payment provider, depending on what you sell.
Bots in Telegram groups run in privacy mode by default, so they only see commands sent to them and replies to their own messages. That's enough for most group tools. If a bot must read every message, for example to filter links, you turn privacy mode off in BotFather or make the bot a group admin.
You add a Telegram bot to a group from the group's member list, like any user, using its username. In a channel, the bot must be added as an admin with only the rights it needs, such as posting messages. Customers start a private chat by tapping Start on the bot's profile.
You develop a Telegram bot for load with a webhook instead of polling, so Telegram pushes each update to your server over HTTPS. Then you respect Telegram's limits: about 1 message per second in one chat, 20 per minute in a group, and roughly 30 per second for broadcasts. We queue sends so none get dropped.
Yes. Telegram requires digital goods and services sold in a bot to be paid with Telegram Stars, its in-app currency. Physical goods and real-world services can use a supported payment provider instead. Under Telegram's developer terms, Mini Apps with crypto features must use the TON blockchain and TON Connect. We set up the right option and test refunds before launch.
Hire Telegram bot API developers when your bot must check your own stock, calendar, or CRM, or take payments in a Mini App. Stay with a no-code builder for a welcome message and fixed answers. Either way, you keep the code and the token, and every plan covers 30 to 90 days of fixes after launch.
