Teams we have built for:

The Problem
It shows up after the first year on AWS. Resources pile up, permissions spread, and the monthly bill keeps rising while nobody can say which line belongs to what.
01 · Permissions
A former developer's IAM user still has admin rights.
Access moves to named roles with least privilege, and MFA guards every admin.
02 · Costs
The bill climbs, and nobody knows which app costs what.
Tags per app and AWS Budgets alerts show where every dollar goes.
03 · Shared account
Production and staging share one account and one blast radius.
Separate accounts keep a staging mistake away from production data.
04 · Audit gaps
Security questionnaires ask about logging you're not sure exists.
CloudTrail, encryption, and backups get switched on and documented for your answers.
Your AWS account started with one EC2 instance and a small database. Three years later it holds forgotten load balancers, snapshots nobody remembers taking, and a former developer's IAM user that still has admin rights. Production and staging share one account. The bill climbs every month, but nobody can say which app costs what. Then a customer's security questionnaire asks about encryption and audit logs, and you're not sure what to answer.
We start with a Well-Architected review of the account you already run. Our AWS consulting services check it against AWS's six pillars, from security to sustainability. Every finding gets ranked by risk and monthly cost. Root and admin access get MFA on day one. Then we fix the top findings with Terraform, so every change is written down instead of clicked into the console.
Admin access locked down
Your root and admin users get MFA on day one, before we touch any other finding.
Findings ranked by risk
Every issue is scored by risk and monthly cost, so fixes start where they matter most.
Fixes written as code
Changes we make land in Terraform your team can review, rerun, and change later.
Our AWS Consulting Services Process
You see every finding with its risk and cost, approve each fix before it happens, and keep the report and Terraform code when we finish.
We look at your AWS bill, your account structure, and the questions your team can't answer yet. You get the likely scope, the plan that fits, and a fixed price within 2 business days.
What's Included
Every plan reviews your account against the six Well-Architected pillars and locks down admin access. Larger plans fix the top findings, split accounts, and add pipelines and monitoring as code.

Projects We've Built
Products our team designed and built, from recruiting software to e-learning platforms. They show the kind of apps we review and run on AWS, not AWS-only engagements.
What Our Clients Say
Feedback from teams we have built web apps and websites for.
We had a pretty specific idea of what we wanted our website to become, but I wasn’t sure how easily we could explain all of it to a development team. There were quite a few moving parts, and we were working toward a deadline, so I expected a few things to get lost along the way. That never really happened. They understood what we were trying to achieve, kept us updated throughout the process, and got everything ready within the agreed timeline. The final site feels much easier to navigate, works beautifully on mobile, and is noticeably smoother for our customers. It was a huge relief seeing the original idea actually turn into the website we had in mind.
The mobile experience is probably my favourite part of the new site. We had spent a lot of time making sure the desktop version looked right, and the team kept pushing us to think about how everything would actually feel on a phone too. They were right. The navigation is clean, the interactions feel natural, and everything we’ve tested so far works exactly as it should. They also went through the links, forms, integrations, and other details more than once before launch, which I really appreciated. And even after going live, we could still reach out when something came up. The whole process felt friendly, organised, and surprisingly straightforward.
What I appreciate most is that the website is actually easy for us to manage now. We can update content ourselves instead of sending a developer a message every time we need to change something small. They also paid attention to the technical SEO side, which mattered to us because we didn’t want a new website to create problems for the traffic we already had. I’ve probably asked more questions than I should have since launch, but every question has been handled patiently and without any fuss. The team is easy to work with, they explain things clearly, and when we need something changed, they focus on getting it done rather than making the process complicated.

Work Culture
Our AWS consulting services should leave you understanding your own account. These habits keep the advice specific, honest about cost, and easy for your team to carry on.
The review runs on a read-only role, so nothing changes while we look. Every fix after that arrives as a pull request you approve first.
Each recommendation shows what it saves or costs per month. You decide with numbers from your own bill, not a generic checklist.
If a managed service or one bigger server solves your problem, we'll say so before proposing Kubernetes. Fewer moving parts mean fewer things to page you at night.
We don't display AWS partner tiers or competencies we haven't been awarded. You judge us on the review itself, which is why the first plan is small and fixed.
Your changes go into Terraform, not console clicks. Your next engineer can read what we did, rerun it, and change it safely without asking us.
Walkthroughs explain the reason behind each fix, so your developers can make the next call themselves. Our goal is fewer questions to us over time, not more.

Good fit
Startups whose AWS credits ran out
Your AWS credits ended and the first full bill arrived. You need an AWS consultant to show where the money goes before your next board meeting.
SaaS teams facing a security review
Your first enterprise customer sent a security questionnaire, and you need AWS cloud consulting services that fix IAM, logging, and encryption before you answer it.
CTOs comparing AWS consulting companies
You're comparing AWS consulting companies and want a fixed-price review first, so you can judge the advice before committing to a bigger project.
Teams running everything in one account
Your production, staging, and experiments all share one AWS account, so one wrong script or leaked key could reach your customer data.
Agencies with AWS-hosted clients
Your agency hosts client apps on AWS without a cloud specialist, and you need an AWS cloud consulting company working quietly behind your brand.
Not a fit
Not on AWS yet
You're not on AWS yet and need your servers moved there first. AWS Migration Services covers the move, and a review can follow once you're running.
Partner tier required
Your procurement rules require an AWS Partner at a set tier or with a specific competency. Shortlist firms listed at that tier in the AWS Partner directory.
Want monthly ops help
You want someone running your AWS account every month rather than a review and fixes. DevOps Services covers ongoing work on a monthly plan.
Budget under $900
Your budget is under $900. AWS Trusted Advisor and the free Well-Architected Tool cover the basics, and if they're enough for you, we'll tell you before we quote.

For Agencies
You own the client relationship. We supply the AWS engineering: account reviews, IAM and cost fixes, and infrastructure code for client apps, delivered under your brand. Your team presents the findings and keeps the client, while we do the work inside their AWS accounts.
White label: your client only ever sees your brand
List client AWS accounts, the apps in them, and what each client worries about most.
We run the six-pillar review and fix the agreed findings as Terraform code.
You walk each client through the branded report and the changes we made.
Review reports and architecture diagrams delivered with your agency's branding.
MFA, roles, and budget alerts set on every client account we touch.
A fixed quote per client account that you can mark up in proposals.
Engineers who answer your team's AWS questions during client projects.
The Right Technology for Your Project
The AWS services we review most often, plus the infrastructure code, pipeline, and monitoring tools we use to fix what the review finds.

DeveloperLook's AWS help starts at $900 for a fixed-price Well-Architected review of one account, with day-one access fixes. Review and Fix is $2,700 for up to 3 accounts with the top 10 findings fixed. AWS Foundation Build is $6,200 and adds a multi-account setup and deploy pipelines. You get a fixed proposal after a free call.
A review of one AWS account takes 1 to 2 weeks, from read-only access to the walkthrough call. Plans that fix the top findings take 3 to 5 weeks, and a multi-account foundation with pipelines takes 6 to 8 weeks. Your follow-up window of 14 to 60 days starts after handover, so questions after go-live are covered.
AWS consulting is outside expertise that helps you design, secure, and run workloads on Amazon Web Services at a sensible cost. It ranges from a one-off architecture review to hands-on work such as IAM cleanup, backups, and infrastructure as code. Good AWS cloud consulting leaves your team understanding the account, not dependent on the consultant.
An AWS consulting partner is a firm in the AWS Partner Network that delivers professional services on AWS. AWS now calls these Services Partners and places them in tiers, Select, Advanced, and Premier, based on certified staff, customer launches, and validations. Partner status shows a relationship with AWS, but you should still check the people who'll do your work.
An AWS Premier consultant is a firm at the Premier tier, the highest level of the AWS Services Partner path. AWS awards it only after set requirements for certified staff, launched customer projects, and validated programs. A Premier firm suits a large enterprise program. Smaller teams may get more hands-on senior attention from a smaller firm.
For enterprise projects, choose a partner on evidence rather than logos. Ask for a named team, similar projects at your scale, and AWS competencies that match your workload. Check how they handle your security reviews and change approvals. If your procurement requires a partner tier, confirm it in the AWS Partner directory before you shortlist anyone.
Choose the best AWS consultants by testing them on a small, fixed-price piece of work first, such as an account review. Look for findings ranked by risk and cost, fixes written as infrastructure code, and plain explanations. Among AWS consulting companies, the right one also tells you when a simpler setup beats a bigger AWS bill.
Firms that specialize in AWS modernization move apps off plain servers onto managed services such as ECS, EKS, Lambda, or Amazon RDS. AWS lists partners with relevant competencies in its Partner directory. We modernize your apps one at a time after a review. Our AWS Migration Services page covers moving workloads onto AWS first.
AWS DevOps consulting covers how your code reaches AWS and how you watch it once it's there. On our Foundation plan, that means GitHub Actions deploys with short-lived AWS credentials, Terraform for every resource, and CloudWatch alarms. If you want ongoing monthly help after the setup, our DevOps Services page offers a monthly plan.
You keep everything we produce: the review report, the ranked fix list, architecture diagrams, and the Terraform code for every change. All of it lives in your accounts and repositories, and our access is a role you remove at handover. You also get a recorded walkthrough, so new engineers can catch up without us.
