The Problem
It shows up once leads arrive from places Lofty didn't build: your own website, a second CRM, or an agency's campaigns. Each lead gets in somehow, but not as a routed team lead.
Web forms
Website forms email an inbox instead of creating Lofty leads.
Web forms
Forms post through the Create Lead API with a source and team scope.
Routing
Hand-entered leads land as personal leads and skip routing.
Routing
Team ownership scope sends every outside lead through your routing rules.
Two CRMs
Follow Up Boss and Lofty disagree on who owns a contact.
Two CRMs
We name one owner per contact and sync notes and stages by webhook.
Campaigns
GoHighLevel keeps nurturing leads who already booked showings.
Campaigns
Pipeline webhooks from Lofty stop the GoHighLevel campaign when a stage changes.
A buyer fills in the showing request on your WordPress site at 10 p.m. The form emails a shared inbox, and an assistant types the lead into Lofty under her own name the next morning. It lands as her personal lead, so your Round Robin rules don't see it, and it sits until she's back from a closing. Your Follow Up Boss agents don't see it either. Meanwhile, the portal lead from the same evening went straight into routing.
We start with how each lead should enter Lofty: as a team lead with a source, so your routing rules, lead pond, and privacy settings apply. Website forms post through the Create Lead API with the right ownership scope, or through Zapier when the path is simple. Webhooks tell Follow Up Boss or GoHighLevel when a lead, note, or pipeline stage changes. Every outside lead now moves as fast as your portal leads.
Team scope on every lead
Leads enter as team leads, so Round Robin, Next Up, or the lead pond decides who calls.
Source set at entry
Each form, ad, and partner tool writes its own source, so reports show which ones pay.
Changes pushed, not retyped
Lofty webhooks on leads, notes, and pipeline stages update your other tools as they happen.
Our Lofty CRM Integration Services Process
You see every path a lead takes into Lofty, approve its scope and source, and watch test leads route before anything goes live.
We list every place a lead starts (your website, portals, ads, partner tools) and how each one reaches Lofty today. You see which leads skip routing and which already work, with Lofty's own fixes named first.
What's Included
Forms on your own site creating routed Lofty leads, with sources set at entry. Zaps and webhooks on Lofty events, a second CRM kept in step, and a tested handover.
Compare Options
Lofty's WordPress IDX plugin and a capable in-house admin both suit some teams. Here is where each fits, and where it stops once routing, a second CRM, and outside forms must agree.
| Feature | DeveloperLookBest fit | IDX plugin | In-house admin |
|---|---|---|---|
| Outside website forms | Create Lead API on any site | Lofty-synced pages only | Manual entry or email |
| Team routing | Team scope set on every lead | Follows your Lofty settings | Depends on who enters it |
| Second CRM sync | Synced with one owner each | Not covered | Exports and imports by hand |
| Webhooks and API | Built, logged, and retried | Not included | Usually out of reach |
| Testing | Test lead from every source | Plugin settings check | Spot checks |
| Setup speed | 1 to 5 weeks | About a day | A little every week |
| Cost | From $550, fixed scope | Priced with your Lofty plan | Staff hours each week |
| Documentation | Runbook for keys and webhooks | Lofty help articles | Whatever gets written down |

What Our Clients Say
Feedback from teams we have built real estate websites and apps for.
We had a pretty specific idea of what we wanted our website to become, but I wasn’t sure how easily we could explain all of it to a development team. There were quite a few moving parts, and we were working toward a deadline, so I expected a few things to get lost along the way. That never really happened. They understood what we were trying to achieve, kept us updated throughout the process, and got everything ready within the agreed timeline. The final site feels much easier to navigate, works beautifully on mobile, and is noticeably smoother for our customers. It was a huge relief seeing the original idea actually turn into the website we had in mind.
The mobile experience is probably my favourite part of the new site. We had spent a lot of time making sure the desktop version looked right, and the team kept pushing us to think about how everything would actually feel on a phone too. They were right. The navigation is clean, the interactions feel natural, and everything we’ve tested so far works exactly as it should. They also went through the links, forms, integrations, and other details more than once before launch, which I really appreciated. And even after going live, we could still reach out when something came up. The whole process felt friendly, organised, and surprisingly straightforward.
What I appreciate most is that the website is actually easy for us to manage now. We can update content ourselves instead of sending a developer a message every time we need to change something small. They also paid attention to the technical SEO side, which mattered to us because we didn’t want a new website to create problems for the traffic we already had. I’ve probably asked more questions than I should have since launch, but every question has been handled patiently and without any fuss. The team is easy to work with, they explain things clearly, and when we need something changed, they focus on getting it done rather than making the process complicated.

Work Culture
We respect your routing rules, check Lofty's own tools before writing code, and leave a runbook a new team admin can follow without calling us.
We create outside leads as team leads unless you choose otherwise. Your Round Robin, Next Up, and pond settings keep deciding who calls, not the integration.
We check Lofty's IDX site, WordPress plugin, and native Follow Up Boss setup before building. If one already covers your case, we'll tell you before we quote.
Lofty API keys belong to a user, so we create them under an admin account you control. Leads don't end up owned by an assistant who left.
Listing data stays inside each MLS's IDX rules, and broker signatures go through Lofty's own MLS application. We don't copy listings into tools the MLS hasn't approved.
The runbook lists each form, source name, key, webhook, and zap. A new team admin can see why a lead went to a given agent.
You approve the lead path plan and the price before we build. New paths found mid-project get quoted before we add them.

Good fit
Teams with a WordPress or Webflow site
Your listing site runs on WordPress or Webflow outside Lofty, and its contact form still emails a shared inbox instead of creating Lofty leads.
Teams also running Follow Up Boss
You run Follow Up Boss for inside sales and Lofty for the website, and the Follow Up Boss integration with Lofty only syncs the connected user's contacts.
Brokerages with a GoHighLevel agency

Not a fit
Team runs kvCORE
Your team works in kvCORE, not Lofty. Our kvCORE Integration page covers its lead routing, website, and API connections.
Brokerage on BoomTown
Your brokerage runs BoomTown. Our BoomTown Integration page covers its lead sources, website, and back-office links.
Lofty site already routes
Your website is a Lofty IDX site and leads already route correctly. Lofty's own setup covers that case, so we'll tell you before we quote.
Need a new agent website
You need a whole new website more than connections. Our Real Estate Agent Website Design page builds the site, with lead forms wired in.

Lofty CRM integration services from DeveloperLook start at $550 for one website's forms creating routed Lofty leads with a source. Follow Up Boss or GoHighLevel sync with webhooks and up to 4 mapped sources starts at $1,350. A custom service on the Open API with transactions and an OAuth app starts at $3,000. You get a fixed quote after a free review.
A Lofty integration takes about 1 week for website lead capture and 2 to 5 weeks for CRM sync or Open API work. OAuth apps add time, since Lofty reviews production apps and says that typically takes 2 to 5 business days. Testing leads from every source takes a few days at the end.
Lofty is a real estate CRM and marketing platform for agents, teams, and brokers, known as Chime until it renamed itself in November 2023. It bundles the CRM, IDX websites, lead generation ads, a Power Dialer, AI assistants, and transaction tracking. Lofty said API keys and integrations carried over unchanged after the rename.
Lofty catches leads from your IDX site, ads, and portals, routes them to agents, and follows up automatically. Team leads go through routing rules such as Round Robin, Next Up, or Blast Alert, or wait in a lead pond to be claimed. Smart Plans run the follow-up, and transactions track each deal to close.
Lofty doesn't publish a monthly price. Its Agent, Team, Broker, and Enterprise plans all show Request Pricing, and it offers demos rather than a free trial. Add-ons such as the Power Dialer are quoted the same way. The one figure on its pricing page is $70 a month for a Home Evaluation Page bought without an IDX site.
Yes. Lofty's Power Dialer offers click-to-call, call logging, Smart Call Lists, scripts, and Do Not Call list checks, and team leaders can assign call campaigns. Lofty's pricing page lists it as an add-on rather than part of the base plans. Calls logged there can reach your other tools through Lofty's call webhooks.
Lofty is a good fit for teams that want the CRM, IDX website, ads, and dialer from one vendor, with team routing built in. It fits less well if you already run a website and lead stack you like, since much of its value is the bundle. Either way, outside tools connect through its Open API and Zapier app.
Use Lofty's own IDX site if you can, or its WordPress IDX plugin, which needs an API key from your Lofty website settings. Plugin forms only appear on Lofty-synced pages. For other forms or non-WordPress sites, we post leads through the Create Lead API, setting the source and team scope so routing applies.
Agents see the team leads assigned to them, and unassigned team leads wait in the lead pond for an agent to claim. Only Team Owners, Admins, or users with the Team Features permission can edit routing rules. Team leads aren't exportable unless a Permission Profile allows it, so we check those permissions before any sync goes live.
Lofty Inc., formerly Chime Technologies, is a majority-owned US subsidiary of Moatable, Inc., according to Moatable's SEC filings. Lofty is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, and Joe Chen is its CEO. It renamed itself from Chime to Lofty in November 2023, and existing API keys and integrations kept working through the change.
