From web form to FUB

Contact per lead, no duplicates
Teams we have built for:

The Problem
It starts when site forms email you instead of posting to FUB. Leads skip Lead Flow, action plans don't start, and nobody can say which ad paid off.
01 · Inbox forms
Your site's form emails a shared inbox instead of FUB.
Forms, IDX sign-ups, and ad leads post straight to FUB as they arrive.
02 · Vague sources
Leads copied in by hand all get the source website.
Each source posts under one agreed name you can report on.
03 · Stalled plans
No action plan starts, and the round robin misses the lead.
Your Lead Flow picks the agent and starts the right action plan.
04 · Duplicate contacts
The pixel creates a second contact for the same buyer.
Pixel capture and API posts get set up so each buyer appears once.
A buyer asks about a listing on your site at 9:40 on a Saturday night. The form emails a shared inbox, not FUB. On Monday someone copies it in by hand and types the source as website, again. No action plan starts, and the round robin doesn't see it. Meanwhile, the pixel creates a second contact for the same buyer. Your Facebook ads report leads, but FUB shows none tagged to them. By Tuesday, the buyer has toured with another agent.
We start by listing every place a lead can come from: forms, IDX sign-ups, landing pages, and ad forms. Then each one posts to FUB's events API with the right event type and one agreed source name. Lead Flow assigns the agent, and the matching action plan starts on arrival. The pixel tracks activity without creating duplicates. Your agents call leads, not inboxes.
Every source posts to FUB
Forms, IDX sign-ups, and ad leads reach FUB through its events API as they're submitted.
Routing your team chose
Each source goes straight to the agent or round robin group you picked.
One contact per buyer
Pixel form capture and API posts are set up so each buyer appears once.
Our FUB Integration Process
You approve each source before it goes live. You see where every lead comes from, which event it sends, and who gets it.
We list every place your leads come from: site forms, IDX sign-ups, landing pages, portals, and ad forms. You get a lead map and a fixed quote. If FUB's built-in integrations already cover you, we'll tell you before we quote.
What's Included
Every plan posts your site's leads through the events API. Larger plans add ad forms, advanced routing, and deal handoffs to dotloop.

What Our Clients Say
Feedback from teams we have built websites, apps, and integrations for.
We had a pretty specific idea of what we wanted our website to become, but I wasn’t sure how easily we could explain all of it to a development team. There were quite a few moving parts, and we were working toward a deadline, so I expected a few things to get lost along the way. That never really happened. They understood what we were trying to achieve, kept us updated throughout the process, and got everything ready within the agreed timeline. The final site feels much easier to navigate, works beautifully on mobile, and is noticeably smoother for our customers. It was a huge relief seeing the original idea actually turn into the website we had in mind.
The mobile experience is probably my favourite part of the new site. We had spent a lot of time making sure the desktop version looked right, and the team kept pushing us to think about how everything would actually feel on a phone too. They were right. The navigation is clean, the interactions feel natural, and everything we’ve tested so far works exactly as it should. They also went through the links, forms, integrations, and other details more than once before launch, which I really appreciated. And even after going live, we could still reach out when something came up. The whole process felt friendly, organised, and surprisingly straightforward.
What I appreciate most is that the website is actually easy for us to manage now. We can update content ourselves instead of sending a developer a message every time we need to change something small. They also paid attention to the technical SEO side, which mattered to us because we didn’t want a new website to create problems for the traffic we already had. I’ve probably asked more questions than I should have since launch, but every question has been handled patiently and without any fuss. The team is easy to work with, they explain things clearly, and when we need something changed, they focus on getting it done rather than making the process complicated.

Work Culture
One wrong source name or event type repeats on every lead you get. These habits keep your routing, reports, and action plans working.
FUB's API docs name the events endpoint as the right way to send leads. We post every form there, so your routing and automations treat each one as a real inquiry.
FUB creates a new lead source the first time a name arrives. We agree every name before launch, so your Lead Flow page doesn't fill with near-duplicates.
FUB suggests turning off pixel form capture when your site already sends leads by API. We plan both together, so your buyers don't show up twice.
We submit every form from a phone and watch the contact land in FUB. You see the source, agent, and action plan before any buyer does.
FUB already connects to Facebook Lead Ads and many portals on its own. When that covers your sources, we say so and skip the custom build.
The API key, system registration, and any Zaps sit in your accounts. If you change developers, your lead routing keeps running.
Overview
DeveloperLook builds Follow Up Boss integrations for real estate teams whose CRM misses leads from forms, IDX sign-ups, or ads. We post each lead through the events API with its source and event type, route it with Lead Flow, tune the pixel, and connect dotloop. Projects start at $550, take 1 to 6 weeks, and run in your own accounts.

Good fit
Teams copying web leads by hand
Your site emails leads to a shared inbox. Someone types them into FUB the next morning, with the source guessed.
Teams with an IDX site
Your IDX site collects registrations, but they reach FUB without the home the buyer saved or the search they ran.
Teams running Facebook and Google ads
You run Facebook Lead Ads and Google Ads lead forms, and FUB can't tell you which campaign produced which lead.
Brokerages closing in dotloop
Your agents move deals to dotloop, and you want loops to open from FUB deals without anyone retyping names.
Agencies with realtor clients
Your agency builds sites for realtor teams on FUB and needs the integration built and documented under your brand.
Not a fit
Running kvCORE instead
You run kvCORE or BoldTrail, not FUB. Our kvCORE Integration Services for Real Estate page covers that CRM.
Listing feed needed
You need the listing feed itself, not lead routing. Our IDX & MLS Integration Services page covers MLS feeds and listing pages.
Portal leads only
Your leads come only from portals FUB already supports. Its built-in integrations handle those, so a custom build at our $550 starting price adds little.
Writing drip messages
You want someone to write your text drips and nurture emails. We wire the triggers and routing, and the message content stays with your team.

Website lead sync starts at $550 for up to 5 forms plus IDX registrations, with agreed source names and a pixel check. Adding ad leads and Lead Flow rules costs $1,450. A connected setup with dotloop, webhooks, and reporting starts at $3,100. You get a fixed quote after the free lead source audit.
Website forms go live in 1 to 2 weeks, and ad leads with routing take 2 to 4. Connected setups with dotloop take 4 to 6 weeks. The slowest step is agreeing source names and event types with your admin, so that happens in week one.
Each of your forms posts to FUB's events API the moment it's submitted, as a Registration, Property Inquiry, Seller Inquiry, or General Inquiry. Those event types start automations, and FUB matches returning leads by email or phone instead of creating duplicates. Listing inquiries carry the address, price, and MLS number. Lead Flow then assigns the agent you set for that source.
The FUB pixel is a script in your site's header that links page and property views to a known contact. Tracking starts when a lead submits one of your forms with their email or clicks a link in an email you sent from FUB. Social sign-ins happen off your site, so the pixel can't track those. Link shorteners strip the tracking, so we use direct links.
You trigger them by sending the right event type from each of your forms, with a source name your routing recognizes. Lead Flow then assigns an agent or round robin group and starts the action plan you picked. Advanced rules can route by price, city, zip code, or tag. Your team writes the messages, and we make sure every inquiry starts them.
Facebook Lead Ads can connect to FUB directly, and those leads arrive tagged with the page and form name. When your form has custom questions, Zapier maps the answers into FUB fields. Google Ads lead forms post each lead to a webhook we host, which checks the key and sends it on with the campaign attached.
Yes, and there are two ways to set it up. FUB can start a loop from a deal or contact profile, using the dotloop profile and template you pick. For automatic handoffs, we watch FUB's deal webhooks and open the loop through dotloop's API when the stage you choose is reached. Loop status can then update the deal in FUB.
Duplicates usually appear when your pixel's form capture and an API integration both send the same form. FUB's own guidance is to turn off form capture when your site already posts leads by API. We keep the pixel for tracking, send each lead once, and include email and phone so FUB can match returning buyers.
Use the API wherever you can, because FUB's developer docs call the events endpoint the correct way to send leads. Email parsing suits sources that only send alert emails, and it's limited to what those emails contain. The API passes the listing, the event type, and your source name, so routing and reports stay accurate.
Your team does: the API key, system registration, webhook endpoint, and any Zaps sit in your accounts. FUB lets only the account owner create webhooks, so we set those up on a call with them. Each plan includes 30, 60, or 90 days of support, and a care plan can cover API changes after that.
