How your project runs
Teams we have built for:

The Problem
It shows up when a Microsoft 365 company standardizes on Teams. Requests, records, and reports stay in other apps, and the old connector alerts no longer arrive.
01 · Tab hopping
People leave Teams to check every request.
A tab or message extension brings that data into the chat.
02 · Dead alerts
Connector posts from your systems stopped arriving.
A notification bot or a Workflows flow posts the alerts again.
03 · Old bot
A Bot Framework bot nobody can update anymore.
We rebuild it on the Teams SDK with current Azure bot settings.
04 · Extra logins
Every internal tool asks for another password.
Entra ID single sign-on opens the app with the work account.
Your team chats in Teams all day, then opens three other tabs to check a request, update a record, or find last week's report. Alerts from your systems used to arrive through an Office 365 connector, and those posts stopped in May 2026. Someone built a bot years ago, and nobody knows how to update it. Every internal tool asks for another password. IT won't approve an app nobody can vouch for.
We start with the tasks your team leaves Teams to do, then bring each one in as a tab, a bot, or a message extension. People sign in once with their Microsoft Entra ID account, see data from Microsoft Graph and your systems, and act on Adaptive Cards. IT approves one app in the admin center instead of chasing five tools.
Single sign-on with Entra ID
People open the app with their work account, with no extra password to manage.
Adaptive Cards that act
Cards with buttons and forms let people update a record or answer a request inside the chat.
Alerts after connectors retired
A notification bot or the Workflows app replaces connector posts that stopped in May 2026.
Our Microsoft Teams App Development Process
You approve every capability, Graph permission, and card before code is written, and a pilot team uses the app before your admin rolls it out to everyone.
We look at what your team leaves Teams to do, which alerts it misses, and any old bots or connectors. You get a capability plan and a fixed quote. If the Workflows app already covers it, we'll tell you before we quote.
What's Included
Tabs, bots, message extensions, sign-in with Microsoft Graph data, meeting apps where they help, and an admin-approved rollout, scoped to the work your team leaves Teams for.
Compare Options
A low-code tool like the Workflows app is quick for simple posts, and a freelancer can cost less for a single bot. This is how they compare on a full Teams app.
| Feature | DeveloperLookBest fit | Low-code tool | Freelancer |
|---|---|---|---|
| Best for | Tabs, bots, and extensions together | Simple posts and approvals | One small bot |
| Setup speed | 3 to 10 weeks | Hours to days | Days to weeks |
| Custom screens | Full tabs with your data | Cards only | Yes, if scoped well |
| Sign-in and Graph | Entra ID SSO, server-side Graph | Built-in connections | Often skipped |
| Pilot before rollout | Test team on every platform | Tested by the builder | Often tested live |
| Current Microsoft SDKs | Teams SDK and Agents Toolkit | Managed by Microsoft | Varies by person |
| Code ownership | Your code and app registration | No code to own | Depends on the contract |
| Cost over time | One-time build, Azure hosting | Included in licenses | Hourly fixes |
Projects We've Built
HR, payroll, and insurance platforms we designed and built. None is a Teams app, but each holds the requests and records staff would rather see inside Teams.
What Our Clients Say
Feedback from teams we have built websites, apps, and integrations for.
We had a pretty specific idea of what we wanted our website to become, but I wasn’t sure how easily we could explain all of it to a development team. There were quite a few moving parts, and we were working toward a deadline, so I expected a few things to get lost along the way. That never really happened. They understood what we were trying to achieve, kept us updated throughout the process, and got everything ready within the agreed timeline. The final site feels much easier to navigate, works beautifully on mobile, and is noticeably smoother for our customers. It was a huge relief seeing the original idea actually turn into the website we had in mind.
The mobile experience is probably my favourite part of the new site. We had spent a lot of time making sure the desktop version looked right, and the team kept pushing us to think about how everything would actually feel on a phone too. They were right. The navigation is clean, the interactions feel natural, and everything we’ve tested so far works exactly as it should. They also went through the links, forms, integrations, and other details more than once before launch, which I really appreciated. And even after going live, we could still reach out when something came up. The whole process felt friendly, organised, and surprisingly straightforward.
What I appreciate most is that the website is actually easy for us to manage now. We can update content ourselves instead of sending a developer a message every time we need to change something small. They also paid attention to the technical SEO side, which mattered to us because we didn’t want a new website to create problems for the traffic we already had. I’ve probably asked more questions than I should have since launch, but every question has been handled patiently and without any fuss. The team is easy to work with, they explain things clearly, and when we need something changed, they focus on getting it done rather than making the process complicated.

Work Culture
A Teams app reads work data and speaks in every chat it joins, so these habits decide how it treats your tenant, your admins, and your staff.
Each feature gets only the Microsoft Graph permissions it uses. Your admin consents to a short list, and a leaked token can reach far less.
A small team uses every build on desktop, web, and mobile first. The rest of the company sees it only after that team says it helps.
Bot Framework SDK support ended on December 31, 2025, so we build on the Teams SDK or Microsoft 365 Agents SDK. Your app won't need a rebuild next year.
If the Workflows app or Power Automate covers your alerts, we'll say so in the review. You only pay for code where low-code falls short.
Your quote prices each tab, bot, and extension on its own line. A capability you add later gets its own quote before we build it.
The Entra app registration, the Azure bot, and the code sit in your own tenant and repository. You can switch developers without reinstalling the app.

Good fit
Microsoft 365 companies with internal tools
Your staff chat in Teams all day but leave it a dozen times to check requests, records, and reports in other systems.
IT teams whose connector alerts stopped
Your monitoring and ticket alerts reached Teams through Office 365 connectors, and those posts stopped arriving when Microsoft retired connectors in May 2026.
Owners of an aging Teams bot
Your Microsoft Teams custom bot was built on the Bot Framework SDK years ago, and nobody on staff can update or redeploy it safely.
SaaS vendors selling to Microsoft 365 customers
Your customers want your product inside Teams, and you need an app that passes Microsoft's Store validation and installs for their whole tenant.
Agencies with Microsoft 365 clients
Your agency serves clients on Microsoft 365 and needs a partner who can deliver bots for Microsoft Teams under your agency's name.
Not a fit
Your team uses Slack
Your company talks in Slack, not Teams. Our Slack App Development Services page covers bots, modals, and Home tabs for Slack workspaces.
Simple channel alerts only
You only need a message posted to a channel when something happens. The Workflows app in Teams can do that, and our Power Automate Consulting Services page covers it.
Intranet and document sites
You need an intranet, document library, or team site more than a chat app. Our SharePoint Development Services page is the better fit.
Customer chatbot on your website
You want an AI assistant answering customers on your website, not staff inside Teams. Our AI Chatbot Development Services page fits that better.

A Teams app from us starts at $950 for one tab or one conversation bot with Entra ID sign-in, published to your own catalog. A full app with a tab, bot, and message extension is $2,900, and Teams Store apps start at $6,400. You get a fixed quote after a free Teams workflow review.
A single tab or bot for your own company takes 3 to 5 weeks, including a pilot with a test team. Full apps take 6 to 10 weeks. For Store apps, Microsoft's validators send a test report within 24 working hours, and the app appears at least one business day after approval.
Bots in Microsoft Teams are apps that talk with people through chat, in personal chats, group chats, channels, and meetings. A Microsoft Teams conversation bot answers commands, posts Adaptive Cards with buttons, and sends alerts from other systems. Microsoft now also calls many of them agents.
You create a bot by registering it in Azure Bot Service and writing its logic with the Teams SDK. Then you add it to a Teams app package. Since July 31, 2025, new Azure bots are created as single-tenant or with a managed identity. Then you upload the package to Teams to test it.
You build it on the Teams SDK or the Microsoft 365 Agents SDK. Microsoft stopped servicing Bot Framework SDK support tickets on December 31, 2025. The Microsoft 365 Agents Toolkit, formerly Teams Toolkit, scaffolds the project, runs it locally, and provisions the Azure resources. We move older bots over one feature at a time, so people keep working during the switch.
People add bots to Microsoft Teams from Apps: search for the app, select it, and choose Add. A custom app your company built appears there once an admin publishes it in the Teams admin center. Testers can upload a package directly only if an admin allows custom app upload.
You make it as a notification bot that receives events from your systems and posts Adaptive Cards to a chat or channel. That's the main replacement for Office 365 connectors, which stopped working in May 2026. For simple posts, the Workflows app with a webhook trigger is enough.
You use Entra ID single sign-on. A tab asks Teams for a token, and your server swaps it through the on-behalf-of flow for Microsoft Graph access. That way the Graph token never reaches the browser, which keeps a Microsoft Teams bot integration with your data safe.
Yes. A Teams app package can include one Copilot agent: a declarative agent that runs on Copilot's own models, or a custom engine agent built on your bot. That lets people ask Copilot about your system and get answers from the same app, with the same sign-in and permissions your admin already approved.
Publish inside your company if only your staff use it: your admin approves it in the Teams admin center. Choose the Teams Store if you sell to other companies, which adds Partner Center validation and the Publisher Attestation questionnaire. Either way, the code and app registration stay yours.
