Workspace per client tenant
A Microsoft Sentinel workspace in each client's own tenant, so client data stays separate.
For MSPs whose clients want a SOC and MDR: we run detection and triage in each client's tenant, and every ticket and report carries your brand. From $900 per month.

How your project runs
Teams we have built for:

The Problem
It shows up when a client's insurer asks who monitors their alerts, or when an MSSP pitches your best client a security package you can't match.
01 ยท Insurer questions
Client insurance forms ask who monitors alerts, and you hesitate.
Your SOC answers that question with named coverage and monthly evidence.
02 ยท Unwatched alerts
Defender alerts wait until a tech has spare time.
Engineers triage alerts each business day and escalate real threats as tickets.
03 ยท Staffing cost
One analyst costs more than your security revenue.
You resell our team per client tenant, with no new payroll line.
04 ยท MSSP pitches
MSSPs pitch your clients a SOC you can't offer.
You offer the same kind of service under your brand and keep the client.
Your clients' cyber insurance forms now ask who watches their alerts and how fast someone responds. Defender for Business is already in their Business Premium licenses, firing alerts into a console your techs open when they have time. Hiring one analyst costs more than your security revenue, and one person can't cover sickness or holidays. Meanwhile, an MSSP is pitching your biggest client a security package with a SOC behind it. Your help desk can't answer that pitch.
We start by setting up a Microsoft Sentinel workspace in each client's own tenant and managing them all through Azure Lighthouse and GDAP. Our engineers triage Defender and sign-in alerts on business days, contain threats under each client's runbook, and open escalations as tickets in your PSA. Reports go out in your branding. Your clients see your SOC, and you keep the contract instead of losing it to an MSSP.
Your brand on everything
Tickets, reports, and client calls carry your name, not ours.
Data stays per client
Each client's logs live in their own tenant, managed through Azure Lighthouse and GDAP.
Escalations in your PSA
Real threats arrive as tickets in ConnectWise PSA, Autotask, or HaloPSA, with next steps.
Our MSP SOC Services Process
You approve the service terms, your branding, and each client's runbook before we connect anything, then review every client's results with us each month.
We look at your client base, their Microsoft licenses, your PSA, and how you price services today. You get a partner plan, wholesale pricing, and a sample branded report. If your clients don't need a SOC yet, we'll tell you before we quote.
What's Included
Per-client log workspaces, alert triage, containment under runbooks, PSA tickets, branded reports, and partner support, delivered as your own security operations service.
Compare Options
Hiring gives you full control, and referring clients to an MSSP takes no setup. Here is how each compares on brand, client ownership, coverage, and cost.
| Feature | DeveloperLookBest fit | Hire analysts | Refer to an MSSP |
|---|---|---|---|
| Your brand | On every ticket and report | MSSP's brand | |
| Client relationship | Stays with you | Stays with you | Shared with the MSSP |
| Coverage hours | Business days, plus automation | Your analysts' shifts | Often around the clock |
| Time to launch | First client in 2 weeks | Months of hiring | Fast, no setup |
| Client data | In each client's tenant | Wherever you build it | Often in the MSSP's platform |
| PSA tickets | Built into your PSA | Your own process | Their portal, not yours |
| Margin | You set the resale price | Salaries eat the margin | A referral fee at best |
| Cost | From $900 per month | A full salary per analyst | Free to refer |
Projects We've Built
Agency websites and B2B HR platforms we built for service companies. We know how firms that sell to other businesses need a service presented.
What Our Clients Say
Feedback from teams we have built apps, platforms, and websites for.
We had a pretty specific idea of what we wanted our website to become, but I wasnโt sure how easily we could explain all of it to a development team. There were quite a few moving parts, and we were working toward a deadline, so I expected a few things to get lost along the way. That never really happened. They understood what we were trying to achieve, kept us updated throughout the process, and got everything ready within the agreed timeline. The final site feels much easier to navigate, works beautifully on mobile, and is noticeably smoother for our customers. It was a huge relief seeing the original idea actually turn into the website we had in mind.
The mobile experience is probably my favourite part of the new site. We had spent a lot of time making sure the desktop version looked right, and the team kept pushing us to think about how everything would actually feel on a phone too. They were right. The navigation is clean, the interactions feel natural, and everything weโve tested so far works exactly as it should. They also went through the links, forms, integrations, and other details more than once before launch, which I really appreciated. And even after going live, we could still reach out when something came up. The whole process felt friendly, organised, and surprisingly straightforward.
What I appreciate most is that the website is actually easy for us to manage now. We can update content ourselves instead of sending a developer a message every time we need to change something small. They also paid attention to the technical SEO side, which mattered to us because we didnโt want a new website to create problems for the traffic we already had. Iโve probably asked more questions than I should have since launch, but every question has been handled patiently and without any fuss. The team is easy to work with, they explain things clearly, and when we need something changed, they focus on getting it done rather than making the process complicated.

Work Culture
White-label work only works when the partner stays invisible and reliable. These habits protect your client relationships, your margins, and each client's data.
We don't email, call, or market to your clients unless you ask us to join a call. Your name is the only one they see.
Each client's logs stay in their own tenant, and our access runs through delegated admin roles you can revoke. There's no shared pool of client data.
Engineers triage on business days and automation acts at any hour. We write that into your service terms, so you don't oversell to a client.
Wholesale prices are fixed per client tier, so you set your own resale price with a known margin. There are no per-alert surprises.
Escalations follow your ticket categories and priorities, so techs work them like any other job. Nobody needs to log in somewhere new.
If you end the partnership, every workspace, rule, and report stays in the client tenants. You can move them to another partner or run them yourself.
Overview
DeveloperLook runs MSP SOC services for managed service providers whose clients now ask for security monitoring and response. We set up a Microsoft Sentinel workspace in each client's tenant and triage Defender alerts on business days. Escalations open as tickets in your PSA, and reports carry your branding. Plans start at $900 per month, with each new client onboarded in about a week.

Good fit
MSPs losing deals to MSSPs
Your clients' insurers and auditors now ask who monitors their security, and you're losing renewals to MSSPs that answer with a SOC.
MSPs with Microsoft-heavy clients
Your clients run Microsoft 365 Business Premium with Defender, and you want SOC for MSP clients built on licenses they already pay for.
MSPs that can't staff analysts
You can't hire and keep security analysts for a handful of clients, and you want managed SOC for MSP clients without a new payroll line.
MSPs comparing white-label partners
You're comparing white label SOC services and want a partner that stays invisible to your clients and keeps each client's data in its own tenant.
MSPs adding a security tier
You're building a security tier for your service catalog and need SOC as a service MSP pricing you can mark up and resell.
Not a fit
Promised 24/7 analysts to clients
Your client contracts promise analysts watching overnight with a set response time. A partner with a staffed round-the-clock SOC fits better, and we'll say so before you sign.
One company, not an MSP
You're one company that wants a SOC for itself, not for resale. Our single-company SOC service runs in your own cloud, from $800 a month.
One client, one-off project
You need a single security assessment for one client, not an ongoing service. Our cybersecurity services cover that as a fixed project, from $1,150.
Budget under $900 a month
Your security revenue can't cover $900 a month yet. If you're a Microsoft CSP, start with Microsoft 365 Lighthouse alerts across clients, then add a SOC as demand grows.

Send your clients' licenses, sizes, and how you handle escalations today.
We agree terms, branding, and runbooks, and connect your ticket system.
We watch each client's alerts and report monthly under your brand.
You present the monthly reports while we triage behind the scenes.
Offer a SOC without adding security staff to your payroll.
Reports, tickets, and summaries use your logo and wording.
Launch with a single client and add more as demand grows.
The Right Technology for Your Project

DeveloperLook's wholesale pricing starts at $900 per month for up to 2 client tenants of up to 50 users. That covers business-day triage, PSA tickets, branded reports, and a partner call. The $1,500 plan covers 5 clients with containment runbooks and monthly tuning. The $2,350 plan covers 10 clients with compliance evidence packs. You set your own resale price.
Partner setup takes about a week: service terms, branding, and your PSA connection. Each client then takes about a week, covering the Sentinel workspace, delegated access, alert sources, and a containment runbook. Your first client is usually live within 2 weeks of kickoff, and later clients follow one at a time.
An MSP manages IT in general: devices, accounts, help desk, and backups. An MSSP, a managed security service provider, focuses on security operations such as monitoring, detection, and response. Many MSPs now add security through a white-label partner, keeping one relationship with each client. Buyers sometimes call this a SOC MSP model.
Judge each provider on 5 points: where client data lives, who it contacts, how escalations reach your techs, coverage hours, and exit terms. Ask for a sample branded report and the delegated access model. A provider that keeps all clients in one shared platform makes leaving hard.
The best fit is a partner whose tools match your clients and whose pricing leaves you margin. For Microsoft-heavy client bases, look for per-client Sentinel workspaces, Lighthouse and GDAP access, and PSA integration. If your contracts promise overnight analysts, choose a partner with a staffed 24/7 SOC instead of ours.
Yes. Each client gets a Microsoft Sentinel workspace in their own Azure tenant. Our access runs through Azure Lighthouse and GDAP roles that you or the client can revoke. Logs don't pool in a shared platform. If a client leaves you, their workspace and its history stay with them.
Not with staffed analysts. Automated playbooks act on high-confidence alerts at any hour, and engineers triage every alert on business days. We write that into your service terms, so your client contracts describe coverage accurately. If you need staffed nights, we'll help you compare partners that offer them.
Escalations reach ConnectWise PSA, Autotask, and HaloPSA as tickets, through their APIs or email intake, and Microsoft Teams as messages. Each ticket names the client, the device or account, what happened, and the next step. Priorities map to your existing categories, so techs handle security work inside their normal queue.
The service is built for clients on Microsoft 365 with Defender for Business or Defender for Endpoint on their devices. We also take sign-in and audit logs from Google Workspace and alerts from common firewalls. Microsoft sells Defender for Business to organizations of up to 300 users, which fits most MSP clients.
You do, and your clients do. Workspaces, rules, and history live in each client's tenant, and the reports are yours. When the partnership ends, we hand over documentation for every client, remove our delegated access, and don't contact your clients about it. You can then move them to another partner or run the workspaces yourself.
